i keep getting this number show up on my phone....Dont leave a message and they call me everyday like clockwork.  I've tried to call this number back but i always get a busy signal.

Does anybody know who this is? they call everyday but dont leave a message.

called today and found out their "the gold company" who ever that is.

They keep calling me too.
How do you get them to stop?

This phone number/"company" is a bunch of BS, lemme tell you.  "Justin" called me this morning from "gold" whatever company it is saying that "I was referred to them by someone who has denied my application or had high interest rates" and that they "specialize in building or re-establishing credit."  He called me by the name I go by, NOT by my legal name that I would put on a credit application.  He asked me if I had a credit card currently, and then he confirmed my address and asked me who I bank with.  I do NOT have a card and let him know and he already knew my address and I DID tell him who I banked with, and you can tell any Joe Schmo on the street that, big whoop.  Fortunately that was as far as I got because I was in the middle of getting ready for work and told him to call back at a later date.

A few hours later while I was AT work, I got a phone call that I couldn't answer because I was getting an incoming call from a client, so I called the number back--the SAME phone number as the previous phone call and a woman picked up and said "hello?"  And I told her that this number came up on my caller ID and was calling it back and then she began with the EXACT SAME SPEECH as "Justin" had fed me and said she was from a DIFFERENT "credit" company.  I was getting very annoyed and had another incoming call for work and had to hang up on her.  After hanging up and thinking about it, I realized there's someone out there trying to scam people, so BEWARE THIS PHONE NUMBER!!

I got a call as well.. All i got is a busy signal..So far this makes the first time they called.

this company keeps calling my husband and i both and the thing is, for my husband someone talked to him and offered a credit card my husband said no thanks and the guy hung up on him. well now they are calling me and when i answer they just hang up, they don't even say anything but they call me like 20 times a day

they call every hour on my cell phone. i figured after awhile they would just stop, but they dont. does anyone know a way you can get this caller to stop??? it is soo annoying to see 5 missed calls from this phone number. and what do they want anyway???

got calls from this jerk too... dont pick up at all.. or answer and be highly nasty.. youll get rid of the idiot!

I haven't gotten calls from these people about ten times within the past few hours one right after another.  Someone named Nancy left me a message but did not say who she was with so I did not call back.  Does anyone know how to stop these freakin calls?

The have called several times and said that my line of credit was approved. I had no application!

I have rec'd calls on my cell phone yesterday from 1:00 in the afternoon, every hour until 8:44 last night, and then the calls started up again today. Its pissing me off, but I'm not answering the call so, I guess that what you call job security.

I don't know who or what or why this 866# continues to call me. I'm sick of it calling my phone 24/7. When I answer there is no one on the line. whoever or wherever it's coming from Please leave me the Hell ALONE!!!!!!!!

This number calls me everyday! It's so annoying..yesterday they called and i picked up only to tell them to take my number off of a calling list they have and right when i began to say I'm not interested they hung up! I have told them to stop calling me and they still do...how do I get these people to stop Calling!!!

I am home all day long, I'm online-schooled. They call about 5 hours a day, starting at 8:30 am, going throughout the day at intervals all the way up to 8:30 at night. They wake me up, they wake my mother up, they interrupt me constantly while I am doing my schoolwork, they interrupt our dinner, everything. It's pretty ridiculious. The worst part is that they don't actually say anything. I pick up the phone and they don't make a peep, yet they continue to call. My mother is planning on calling the better business bureau.

They have called here 3 times tonight.  I have caller ID so i don't answer it.  I figured I would go on google to see what would come up and it brought me to this page.

I had applied for a loan, when they called me they said they were "referrred by my credit company" that's how they knew my info, they are Gold Card, they are not a bank or a lending institution, yet they are trying to loan me money. Before I cought on, I gave them by bank numbers like an idiot. Now I feel I need to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. They are located in Largo Florida. More than likely it only a call center, never the less I am going to put them on report along with the reference to this website and a genuine didgetal photo of my caller id with their number on it, to the Department Of Consumer Affairs, in Washington DC, Consumer Freud Devision, I would encourage all of you to report them as well.

I was the previous post, Also, you should file with the Department of Banking and Finance in your state, it is a state Department that anyone lending money as a company has to be licensed with. I'm reporting them to DBF in Tallahassee Florida.

Just started getting those calls today, four of them. I didn't answer but sure am glad your here because I entered into the search engine the number I posted and it came up here. I was wondering who it was here myself and your information has proved very helpful and their is a lot of scams out their, I know.
  I should be able to post a note further more, it seems like anytime that you respond to any advertising over the net and using your phone number. It seems that eventually ones' number ends up getting sold and then one is beleagured with all the calls.
