    just because its not showing on your cbr does not mean you dont have to pay it dummie.....
    Most of these calls are from old loans that just defaulted so the phone numbers they are given are old and have been reassigned to new people thats probably why most people have no clue why you are being called and they keep calling because they dont know its the wrong number.
    I can not say weither the company calling is legit or not but if you know you dont have any business with them then dont be afraid to answer the phone and tell them.  FYI I am betting that these are auto dailer calls and in most states you cant call cell phones with an auto dial system its a law.
