UNknown call from Correctional Facility. When number was called back, was asking for money and passcodes.

I got the same call. When I called back the recording was a Correctional Facility asking for money so I can receive calls from love one detained. I am not giving money and hope I don't know anyone that is stuck in jail. Freaking me out here!

Got a call 8:30 AM. when I answered (3 rings) no one was there.

I got the same call, was on hold for over 20 mins, no one answered.  What is the deal???

I got the same call. It was from a correctional facility billing department.

Got a call from this number and I wish to call the person back. I know who it was from but not exactly sure how to reach them. I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and no one answered. >_< wtf?

Received collect phone call from this number at 6:30pmCDT. It was from a correctional facility in Alabama and was from a friend. And I heard the same  message about the Correctional Billing services, setting up an account, etc. As much as I would like to talk with friend, and at least pass on messages to his family, I didn't go through with the account setup.

Got a call too. 7.15pm. A pre-recorded message starting saying this call will be recorded etc..., I hung up. Reported to donotcall.gov like thats gonna do any good.

the recording tells you to press 2 if you dont want to recieve anymore calls. it is from someone whos in jail

received a cal from Correctional facilty over the weekend on cell phone and a "recall" call today with a recording stating" this is a recall attempt from correctional" and then hung up

I keep on receiving a call from this number and all my friends and family are accounted for hahaha so it is becoming anoying now. I do not know what was going Freaking me out... shi..t

Wife's cell phone rang at 7:32pm(CT) and voice "Requested to have collect call accepted, press 1, or if you don't want any further calls, press 2."  We are retired Correctional workers and myself as a Shift Captain.  We know the concept of inamtes using cell phones illegally in a prison system.  They are attempting to get a credit card number.  DO NOT answer these calls.  I called back the number and got a recording for Correctional Billing Services and that could any of several services within the country.

I was called by same number, same scam,just hangup.

I got this same call this morning from this number. My friend said he was going take weed across the nation and we ended up getting this phone call instead. Obviously he's in jail

This number called collect to my cell phone. I am in Colorado and know NO ONE in Florida. I am reporting thos to my cell phone carrier also.

I recieved a call from the number last night around 9:30. I didn't answer...I'm in NY.

Got the same "recall" recording, then a recorded mans voice... totally unintelliglbe.  After hearing I would be asked to set up an account I hung up.

Just got this call but I was in the bathroom checked with http://www.whocalled.us/ where two other people have reported receiving this call. Apparently it was from a Correctional Billing Services. Entered this number in Yahoo search and came across this site. I'm concerned about being billed for anything since I don't know anyone in prison.
