    After finally getting a number, 888-948-5508, I had to wait 14 minutes to speak with someone, but I finally got through. I must say that the CR was very friendly and willing to  refund the charge of $79.28 if I shipped the product back. Of course, now I have to pay for shipping and the insurance/confirmation, but it's better than the $79.28.

    Also, I was charged for an ezykit & elitepack. Make sure you check your card statement for numbers. You need to call each individually to cancel. God forbid they offer to help cancel both!! (Ezykit 866-437-1621, Elitepack 866-396-2729). Do this rightaway even if you don't have charges, just so they don't charge your account!! Hope this helps.

    I ordered the trial product of teeth whitening for 1.95 from Dentawhite and found out later that they would be sending me monthly whitening treatmens and called them the same day to cancel it.  Was told that it already was sent out but they would cancel any future shipments. Lies, I received a call from my credit card company about a suspicious charge on my card for $87 from Ultifreshwell.  My credit card company told me to call the 866 number and tell them it was not an authorized charge.  when I tried calling this number it was disconnected, so I called my crdit card company back and was given a new number to call"888-591-2190".  Called this number and informed that that I had canceled this previously and was told that the order already shipped out and I could return it at my own expense.  Thye are a rip off company and I hope someone reports them to the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General.

    My answer:  "No, not at all"
    Then my debit account show up with an $87.62 bill and of course not contents, just a bill.  I have called my bank and they sent me to the fraud department but they gave me the 866-948-5508 number to call.  That number doesn't exist.
    They are a fraud company and should be dealt with.

    I was able to speak to a person at Dazzle White to cancel my free trial membership. It was within the two week return policy. I was given instructions on how to return the unused portion. They also requested that I mail it with insurance and tracking. I was told they would email me a confirmation about everything we discussed. I did not recieve it. I called them about three days later, telling them I had mailed the package and still had not recieved the email. To this day I have heard nothing.  I received my bank statement. There was a deduction for 87.62 from a company named ultifreshwell. It did not even sound remotely familiar to me. I could not find it in my check book. I could not figure it out, so I decided to look on the internet. To put it nicely, I am not a happy camper. I will go to my bank tomorrow to get that charge taken care of. I will cancel my debit card and get a new one. But that will not be the end of this. They screwed with the wrong person. I will go after them!

    i have just canceled my card and was reissued an new one with new numbers, why does this not stop them??...i havnt been chareged yet. but how can they take money out of my card when they dont have the correct cc details anymore???

    i ordered teeth whitening on Internet after seeing its Add.on one site it was showing $4.00 from Dazzle White but they charge me $18 for a one tube and i found two false Deduction from Ultifreshwell 8668257477 and 8669485508 weekly of $120.04 and Nz$123.96.I contacted  my bank and going through dispute payment. i email to the comp. to stop further payment but couldn't hear back.

    Improve Health/AcaiForce Max(I dont even know what to call them): These guys didnt call me but I cant seem to contact them on the number which they provided on their website. You know its one thing to have missed the small print, but I read it and when I tried to cancel my subscription within 1-2 days of receiving the trial which I might add, took 21-22 days to get here. (A cellphone ordered from China took only 3-4 days to arrive to me here in New Zealand), I had no luck whatsoever. I tried emailing and chatting (to their automated person) on their website and got absolutely no where. Ive lodged a formal investigation with my bank (at a fee) and blocked my credit card until further notice or until this problem is resolved!

    A word of advice... Google the companies name or details before you provide crucial credit card information or purchase anything online ever again. I know I will be! :(

    I was also scammed, ordered a free 14 day trial of health suppliments and 2 days later i have 3 charges of $48.92 on my card, 2 from ultifreshwell, and one from accesscleans, I haven't even received anything, nor did I order teeth whitening... This was via the internet, i didn't receive any calls. I have no idea how to contact this accesscleans..... Gutted!

    I was also charged $87.62 twice in two weeks. Called the number and it was out of service so I called my bank and filled out a debit card dispute. Hopefully i get my money back or next it's my law firm providers, they can't get away with this!!!

    I got Charged 82.78!!! What the crap. I had preciously got a free trial of Dazzle White and canceled. But the next month I saw that charge on my bank statement. I am never doing another free trial again in my life!!

    I am pissed at myself for getting lured into a con like dazzlewhite but I think what bothers me most is that it came from a pop-up from MSN. I don't understand how a company as large as MSN would affiliate itself with a corrupt company like Dazzlewhite?????

    They already charged my account the $79.  I cancelled within time limit after realizing a scam. Now I have a $43 charge this month.  When I call 1-866-948-5508 it says "if you would like to make a call, hang up and try again."

    just discovered an $87.62 charge (still on hold) on my bank account. Bank said they couldn't help me as it hasn't posted yet. I called the phone number that they gave me and it is the same # that I discovered when I googled "ultifresh". 866-948-5508. The # is DISCONNECTED!! I hate getting scammed.. I too found ad on Google and went for it. This is second charge of over $80 that I have disputed

    BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!! free trial is a complete nonsense! I got charged £54 from some company in Germany......eventually got through to 1-888-948-5508 and spoke to some man called Carlos who advised me to return the "free trial" item to an address in UK and I would receive full refund. Also received an e-mail from them confirming cancellation. Will see......
