    I bought I thought an 1.99 sample thats what the add said I have had 87.62 show up on my account twice since. I called 1-888-948-5508 they said that I bought a month supple 87.62 and then was charged for the next month as well. Was able to cancle got an e-mail from them saying it is canceled we'll see if I get my money back. Scam!!!!!!!!  Michelle

    I called and got a partial credit for the first three.Im still working on the last two and am going to cancel my card.I would love to get a credit card # from some of the people I talked to about this problem but;
     1--I dont think I could understand them.
     2--They probably havent been in this country long enough to get one.
     3--If they do have one its probably mine anyway.

    Dazzlewhite scammed me too...I am trying to get this off my charge card.  So far no luck, wonder if the better business bureau should be called in.

    They are charging me for Dazzlewhite which I returned within the 14 day trial period.  What they didn't tell me was I needed to keep the tracking number which I did not have.  I called the 888 number and finally got someone but without the tracking number I can't get a refund.  They told me to return it, they did not tell me they would need a tracking number so guess I am screwed...

    Surprisingly, I actually got them before they got me. I call my bank right away after getting the Dazzle White/ Premium White whatever in the mail. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card before it was charged. I recommended cancelling your debit/credit card before it is charged. I am still going to send that bull crap of a product back to that Colorado address! I hope that is company gets what is coming to them... Karma is real!!!

    two charges of 87.62 from credit card on 10-25 and 11-03-09. cancelled . still charging acct. i already contacted my bank. i will stop there. this apparently is a scam.

    Read an ad online regarding 'whiter teeth' ... Dazzle Smile $ 1.95 for a 14 day trial ... ordered it.  Received a phone call ... wanted to set me up for 'auto ship' ... told them I did NOT WANT the product ... "DO NOT send sample, and DO NOT send any additional product(s)" ... other shipments sent anyway.  

    I discovered on my credit statement a charge from 'Ulti Fresh Well 866-948-5508' ... as well as other similiar products totaling five(5)charges.  I did not request the products, or speak with anyone.  Have not been able to reach anyone at the phone numbers on statement.  

    I believe someone is picking up info. from 'Dazzle Smile' and 'Celebrity Smile' and setting up accounts for people.  If you don't check your statement, you will be paying for things you knew nothing about, and did not order!

    I phoned 001-866-847-7659 and got through to the cancelation department at dazzle white. They have given me a cancelllation number and confirmed that no more amounts will be deducted form my account. I am still yet to receive an email confirming cancellation but have recevied an email with instructions on how to return the products I have? If I were you I'd phone them asap and cancel you'r account.

    I've just checked my bank statement and also have been charged $87.62 twice for something i havn't received, i called them they won't refund because they say i'm over the thirty days don't see how that works when i havn,t received anything .Now they say my next lots in transit and when i receive that i must send it back then they will refund one of the $87.62 I was 0n the phone for over 18 minutes so thats another expense on me . Its not right that these people are allowed to rip people off and get away with it, i am so angry its not fair ..

    i ordered the free Dazzle white pen and that happened to me. i got charged $87.20. so i called the number Renee gave ( THANK YOU!) and cancelled it. i was two days late and they still wouldn't give me anything back. i will never order from this company again!

    I too ordered Dazzle Smile and Clean Whites free trials and wound up getting charged somewhere around $400.  All of the people in their costumer services told me the same thing over and over again until I spoke with a supervisor.  I only got partial credit back.  Now Dazzle Smile(Ultifreshwell) who charged me $87.62 x2 is shipping me the 2 products I was charged for so I can send them back to them (of course I have to pay for all of the shipping charges) so they can re-fund my money, WTF? I guess a $20 loss is better then $175 but why in gods name am i getting charged so much by these companies when I haven't recieved any products?  I think we should all bring a lawsuit against them!  In regards to people not being able to get ahold of the # 866-948-5508 try calling 888-948-5508 it is Ultifreshwell's customer serive.

    I made the stupid mistake of purchasing the free sample (shipping and handlling only it said).  I got numerous phone calls and finally got them to take me off the phone list.  Now I have an $87.62 charge on my cc.  when I finally got through I was told I need to return the sample within 14 days or I would be charged for it and I would be receiving monthly orders. What a horrible scam.  Since it was a sample I even threw away the packing slip and now they say I can't return it!
