Good luck. Make sure you speak to a supervisor otherwise nothing will get done.  When I complained about the overcharging on my phone, the cust. service rep told me that "it's a reasonable price"!  How am I supposed to respond to that?!?!
I have a promo bundle for 2 months now and they've overcharged me each time.  Also charged an installation fee which was supposed to be free.  I had to speak to 2 different supervisors for 3 services; actually, it's 6 services as I signed up my parents for the same bundle.  Needless to say, my whole evening was shot; I got transferred, put on hold, hung up on "accidentally"....Bell cust. service is a nightmare and their billing system is just as bad.  You have to check on one credit on page 1, then again on page 5 for an additional credit for the same service!  Not practical at all!  I wish I had listened to others and stayed away from Bell.

Got two calls missed one no message
Picked up second time lady wanted to upgrade our internet and told us someone had to come over to do it. When we insisted that our Internet was fine we asked the confused lady for an employee number and she had no response . We then called bell and spoke to an agent who confirmed that the number has been flagged as a scam, and that bell Canada would leave a message regarding any outages in the area or "maintenance" and that no one would ever have to step foot into the home to do it. Something we already knew...

This number has been showing up on my call display everyday for 2.5 weeks now, never leave a message and it is getting annoying!!!

Just got another call from 1-866-988-0885.  They have the correct name and she said she was calling on behalf of Bell. I inquired if it was Bell Canada IN CANADA and she said "They outsource us from the Philipines".  I told her she was not truthful and that we only deal with companies that have offices in Canada that employ Canadians.  I was laughing to myself about that since Bell tends to give Canadian jobs away to people in India.  Not sure what the truth is anymore.  We are all just FED UP.    Got a call from the same number yesterday too....but the guy on the other end insisted he was Bell Canada. You can hear that it is long distance and his accent was way too heavy NOT to be from India.   They all must think we are stupid suckers in Canada.  Enough is enough.

Regular calls about Duct Cleaning.  When asked where the call is originating it is always "your city".  The accent is almost unintelligible to a Canadian ear.  I have asked at least four times to have my number removed from the automated dialer but the caller always hangs up.

This is harrassment.

I ve been receiving calls from this # for quite a while now.  Really annoying.

Now that I know that this # is Bell s, I will file a complaint to the CRTC.

I guess Bell will do anything to try and get people to by services from them.  Myself for now, I m using the minimum from Bell for I hate organizations the CHEAT and\or use crooked way to get people to spend ,their money with them.

If it is at all possible to get rid of Bell totally I ll to it and as soon as possible

Received call from someone who claimed to represent BELL.  Wanted to set up an appointment and come to my home to check the outside line to the modem.  The person's English was extremely poor and Bell doesn't come to someone's home to check a modem, they do that from their office (had problems with connectivity before so I knew this person was lying). Called Bell immediately and confirmed it is a scam.  They don't have a customer "appreciation" program and don't come to customer's homes to check modems without a service request.  It troubled me to hear how much information these people had, including my Bell internet ID and account information.  Passed it all on to Bell who very much appreciate being informed.

This actually is a Bell Canada number. If you return the call, it does go straight to Bell's main menu. I don't know what the deal is with them calling to ask you to check the outside line to the modem. It clearly sounds scammy, but the phone number really does belong to Bell Canada.

In any case, they've been calling me several times a day. I haven't picked up, and they don't leave a message. My Bell services come to an end in 4 days, at which time, I will block this number.

I just cancelled my Bell service - it will not take effect for 30 days, so I expect to receive many calls trying to woo me back. Hopefully they do not f*ck up the RMA process. We are now divorced and there will be no alimony payments after this month.

Ha. I hope you actually get this stuff. I was also "comped" a Pvr....but two years into the 36 months I cancelled .. (two days ago) and suddenly if I want to keep it I have to pay for it.

I also got a call from 866 988 0885. They told me the same thing, Sitel, calling on behalf of Bell internet. As a loyal customer my internet service was being upgraded for free and all I had to do was book an appointment with their Eagle Team. I said why not just improve the service? why do I need to book appointment, especially if its all free. He said they need to check our line all the way to Modem. I said, I doubt that. My BS meter was flashing and I started asking more questions and the guy just said if I'm not interested then I won't get my internet upgraded. I asked for his name, which he refused, but he told me he was calling from Sitel on behalf of Bell and I could call back at 888-782-1362 once I confirmed with Bell. Here's the crazy part. When I called 310 SURF, I got a guy named Salvador. He said it was all legit and I should call back???? So I called the 888 number and it says its out of service. So I call 310 SURF back, explain my story to new person and they say they have no record of me speaking with Salvador, it is most definitely a SCAM and they are informing the Fraud Dept.

All negative information and harassment regarding this company is true and must be investigated.

I called Bell to cancel my internet and since then they call like 3 times per day sometimes more.. no messages left, send email instead like seriously...

I cancelled my Bell services after 35 years with them (YEAH!!!!!!!).  Since then, they've been harassing me 2-4 times a day trying to get my business back. Well, they aren't getting my new number....I'm changing everything...this number gets 3-4 calls a day from telemarketers....they are a constant nuisance.  So, Bell Canada, I have one last thing to say to you.....go f*#k yourselves! I'm free at last!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my Bell internet and Fibre TV. They gave me a promotion plan for a bundle price and on the second month, they charged me the original price and modern price and total price is up to 300 dollars. it is ridiculous they told me that promotion is only for two months and the modern is not free. if it is not free, why should i use you service. then i compainted and the number call me every day.
