I am getting a call from this number 2-3 times daily now. It is from Bell and I'm getting royally pissed off. I'm at the point that I hang up as soon as they mention who they are.

Harassing person calls on behalf of bell. Frustrating as I keep asking them to stop calling.

Weird Bell Canada Call.

I am so tired of Bell calling me.  And they never leave a message - I won't answer the call.  At one time I had four cell phones, a land line, Internet and Satellite TV with them.  I discontinued service on all of the cell phones as I found that I receive much better service at a lower cost from another supplier.  I discontinued Internet with them about 1 1/2 years ago as I  found an alternate supplier that provided unlimited connection at a higher speed (up and down) and receive fantastic service.  And it was about $30 per month less expensive.   When I told them what I got, they said that they would match the service (for 6 months).  I said no thanks.  I have had 7 land line telephone repairs in the last year.  When I called to report the fact that my land line wasn't working, they tried to sell me additional services every time.  The last time I called, they tried to upgrade my satellite TV service to include several movie channels.  I politely asked them to check my file, as I had cancelled those same channels 3 months earlier because I wasn't watching them.  They advised me in last month's billing that they are increasing their land line cost by $18 per month.  In a week's time, I'm dropping their land line service (which I have had with them for 40 years) and switching to a VOIP service.  $15 per month, unlimited calls within Canada, 1 cent per minute to the 48 contiguous states.  3 way calling, call display,  answering service, call waiting, 911 service etc. I'm only staying with them for satellite TV because I own the equipment.  What a sad decline on the part of Bell Canada.

This number keeps on harassing me, I have it blocked already but keeps on leaving at least 1 voice message per day, in the voice message they don't say anything, they just record up to the maximum length of the voice message. So annoying.

It was SILENCE!  And maybe heavy breating!  When I traced it, this number connected to the local cemetery!  But it had something to do with  http://factoids.ca/watermelon  which is grown in that cemetery!

I am receiving multiple calls each week from this number.  Nobody speaks.  I am fed up with this.  When I tell Bell, they say this is a call to check on my needs but if nobody speaks, I am wondering what are my needs except some peace!

This number is calling me every day, twice in the past hour. They never leave a message. My guess is that it's Bell Canada, wanting to upgrade the service that I upgraded to a couple of months ago. When I need more speed I will get on the greed, but I will be the one to call them. Bell Canada is famous for slamming people with services they didn't ask for. I do not order from their telemarketers.

Searches are saying it may be Bell, but I left that company over 2 years ago. Blocking this number now.

In the past 22 hours I have received about 15 calls from this number, no one there. From Bell and they are in the communication business! Interesting!! I have returned their call twice saying do not call me again and to remove my name from their list and am told this take 14 days. Really, in 2017!!,Told them if I wish to talk to you I will cal you. Anyone interested in joining a class action harassment suit!
