Sounds like an inside job with a underground thief/fraud network within the company itself!The wolves have infiltrated the sheepfold!!!They call several times a week and day/evening.If a hacker wants, he can joke the telephone number from which he calls to make it sound legit.I won't answer.If i want something,i'll call and ALWAYS ask a # of confirmation that they are supposed to give but don't if you don't ask-exception if they're is a real "case" they are following and also for payments by phone.Calls:12h47 pm. ,10h12 am.today.5h03 pm., 1h55 pm, 11h32 am on 9th,12h35 pm. on 8th

Honestly so annoying!!! Just today I got 5 calls from them! I cancelled Bell but they are still calling me WTH.

This is a scam.  I called Bell Canada and this is NOT one of their numbers.  Someone calls but NO ONE answers.  Its a scam.  Tried calling back and the lady answered Bell then hung up on me.

Go to www.innte-dncl.gc.ca for Canada and put your phone number on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  You won't get any more bothersome calls.

Annoying multiple calls started early January 2019. No ID. Picked up once , no one there. Calls on Saturday and Sunday. While out, came back to six 'missed calls'.

This number just called three times in three hours. I answered on the third call. It was someone calling from a company (sounded like John's? but very hard to understand). They said they were calling on behalf of Bell Canada. They knew my full name. But they kept asking for me. I wouldn't say it was me, but I asked what they were calling for. They would not tell me, just kept asking for me and saying they were calling on behalf of Bell. I finally said, I understand that, but are you trying to sell something like upgrades? Why is Bell asking you to call? And the guy just hung up.

Not sure why I should be getting calls from this number.  I told the caller that I shut down Bell because it cost more money than I can afford.
Now, having said that, who are you and why do you need to know this? ?

I am getting calls from this number at least 15 times a day, either I miss the call or I pick up there is no one on the
other end, just silence..
its Bell,  as I just disconnected their services. they are so annoying.

This is crazy 2x a day around noon and 4 i recieve calks they leave no message and hsng up this is not  legit i also received calls srating that they woukd send over a technician on Sunday ..wtf is thst about ,please call to cancel yeah so they can get my personal  info . I dont think so

Keep getting calls from this number, at least 2x/day since activation.
I answer, there's a 2-second delay, then click, then dial tone.  Mine says Bell Credit???

The caller hung up upon answer. I called back and it stated it was Bell Loyalty. The electronic prompts asked for a pin which I did not provide. Finally I was transferred to a woman who spoke with long pauses and didn't seem confident. She too asked for my Bell Pin. I pressed her as to why it would be necessary, and she didn't give a clear answer. She could not identify why I received a call, but said it was likely related to my internet. I refused to provide any further info as this seemed like it could be a phishing scam.

BEWARE!!!  I received a call from this number a day after I missed a call from 866-778-2821, which left a VM saying they were calling about my upcoming Bell order and needed to confirm some information.  I tried to call that number back, but it rang busy, and that number has been reported as a scam.

I received a follow-up call from 866-988-0885 a day later.  I missed it, called it back and got a very official sounding recording indicating I had reached Bell.  A person came on the line after the recording and said they were calling about my upcoming order but needed to verify my account.  He had my name, and asked me for my phone number and my birth date.  I gave him a phony birth date and he accepted it and said it had validated my account.  He said he could see I had a disconnect order at one address and an order for new service at another, and that he needed more info.  I asked him if my account had validated with my birth date and he said "yes."  I told him I was concerned, because that was a phony birth date, at which point he put me on hold and disconnected me.

After that I called the main Bell number and spoke to a customer service rep who said there was no record on my account of these previous contacts, and that there would have been if they were legitimate.  The Bell rep took the info and these two numbers and reported it to their fraud division.  She said they take this sort of thing very seriously and I would be contacted within 30-days to follow up (so not that seriously, I guess).

Not Bell Canada - scam. If Bell calls it always says Bell Canada on display. I agree with inside job. I just cancelled the phone line. Someone is giving these cancellation orders to the scam artists! I've blocked the number.
