Foti messages have guidelines they have to follow. The messages that are being left on voicemail recordings from this number are in violation. You can believe what you want. But we know the truth.

Funny....you say it's not a scam....they told me the name of their comany was World Recovery Service and that it was regarding a debt to Wachovia.  Wachovia is not in the area in which I  live and I have NEVER done ANY business with them.  Therefore.....SCAM!

"Bev" from WRS left a message on my voicemail looking to collect a debt from a person who lived in my house prior to me buying it in 2009.  
I called WRS and explained this and I asked how they got my number which I've had for the last 22 years.  They told me that the person they're looking for put me as a contact. I was stumped because I didn't even know the people who lived in my house before me.  When I asked if they got my number from a reverse listing based on my address, they didn't give me a reply but only said they'll remove my number from the file.  This is so frustrating.  Is it okay for Debt Collectors to use reverse listings to obtain a number and call and harrass innocent people.

They were trying to reach a friend who used to live with us, none the less-- To collect a debt that he owed. Upon me informing them, that he didn't live here anymore, they rudely hung up on me. (instead of usual people that I can get my number removed from the list.)

I received the same messge today from a lady named Nancy stating that she was calling from World Recovery Service 877-365-0025  and if I was not this person to hang up immediately, and if I'm listening to the msg I must be that person.  She went on further to say that I needed to contact her today before 6pm eastern standard time, today and the call was an attempt to collect a debt

Got a couple of calls from this # , They say they are trying to collect money from a debt, it was left on my voice mail. I don't answer these call, but they leave the same message. very annoying. the person they are asking about I don't even know.

State Attorney General. Is that who we contact to report these people? I've had a phone call a day for the past week. It's ridiculous!!!

World Recovery Service LLC (WRS), a collection agency fromerly FRS (Florida Recovery Services LLC). If they call you, the best thing you can do is tell them they have the wrong number and you have no idea who that person is, even if they got your name correct. FRS, according to Sunbiz.org, had a principal in Jacksonville, FL who lived in a swanky condo on the water. Now they have changed their name, pricipal, and PO box. Many leads show their call center is still in Sanford, FL (near Orlando) even though their company filing (Sunbiz.org) shows they are a "Foreign Limited Liability Company". Probably truly owned by a shell company, making it impossible for anyone to stop them. They are relentless. They will call your family, friends, and anyone they can find connected to you.

They call every couple weeks and hang up when I answer.  What's up?

Got a call from this number,  they said it was not a sales call and a return call was needed by 6:00pm. It was an attempt to collect a debt. That by listening to the voice message, I was acknowledging that I was the person to whom they were calling.

the company phone number in Fargo is area code 701....it is not 877 a toll free number
