They said they have a legal affidavit from united credit recovery that they can take me to jail with.  I told them they have the wrong number.

I know this company.  I worked with a company that bought fpdebt from them.  United credit is owned by Steven burks, Edward Thompson, lenn potio, stew Wolpoff and Peter rosengarten.  They have almost all been sued and shutdown before by attorney generals.

I find it funny that people on here are telling others they owe money when they know nothing about them. If  this company is legitimate why do they change their name and number every five minutes? By law they can not misrepresent themselves or threaten you which is exactly what their doing.

This is part of the united credit criminal enterprise.  The affidavit that you are talking about is a forgery.  United credit recovery used to buy debts from the bank and were told that some were bound to be inaccurate or not owed.  They could simply return the account for a refund.  United credit recovery created millions of photoshopped affidavits and then distributed them to their criminal enterprise so that people could not dispute debts that they didn't owe.  If you get a copy of this affidavit, you can tell that it is photoshopped.  The fonts and the slant of the pasted signature give it away.  I don't think any banks actually sell to these guys anymore because of this.

You can contact the Federal Trade Commission. If you go online, you can file a complaint on their site and can follow-up with what happens to your complaint afterwards.

Windsor Law is now calling me instead of World Recovery Service, Regent Asset Management, Imperial Recovery Partners or VHC Law.  They are also saying that I now owe for a US Bank account that was United Credit Recovery and then American Debt Sales and is now Dalothian Capital.  I don't owe any of these people.  They just keep changing the name and then calling me again.

A debt collector calling, calling, calling, even on the weekends and at 7 IN THE MORNING.  I HAVE NO DEBT, SO EAT MY DUST [***].

I am 11 and i am getting these calls from them.

The entire United Credit Recovery / World Recovery Service racket has been sued by Wells Fargo for creating fake documents to get people to pay money and saying they are from Wells Fargo.  US Bank's VP of collections also went on record in the lawsuit and stated that these are all fake.  They were also sued a couple of days ago by the Minnesota Attorney General for creating all of these fake documents to get payment.  Here is a link to the story on Wall Street Journal.

they keep calling they have called me since spring of 2012 i have sent them paperwork from the company i "owe" saying that i do not owe anything multiple times and they claim that they never get it and they are VERY rude and have used nasty langueage towards me it has gotten to the point where my daughter has gotten calls and she has told them to f*ck off and has threaten them to turn them in to the authorities for harassment. but yet they still call! to but honest they are mindless machines.

If you don't know the person they are calling for simply let them know and they will remove your number. These folks are trying to collect on charged off checking accts, they have to be aggressive because alot of debtors are dodging them. I've done collections before and these people are just trying to do their job. Let's complain about people who don't pay their bills they are the reason your receiving calls...professional debtors

What's funny is how everyone on this site claims to not owe the debt! If you don't owe a debt let them know wrong name, wrong number, they don't want to call you if your not the person. So where are the people that actually owe the debt? These debts are legitimate, I guess we could make a complaint site for everything...next it'll be utility companies and car finance companies. They just turn you off or pick the vehicle up....maybe that's what the banks should do just garnish to begin with

That's funny because my husband has never banked with any I those banks and neither have I. Together we have zero debt, and have no idea how they have our names or numbers. The bbb won't validate them. Has scam written all over it.
