Soooo, you think it's good, moral, and ethical to borrow money, however long ago it was, and not pay it back ever?
By the way, my company CAN (it isnt the company in question) produce the original signed document, plus produce all the payments, signed charge slips, and statements to our customers! and what's more, we'll even do so in court!
Sooooo, since YOU THINK IT IS GOOD, MORAL, AND ETHICAL to never pay your debt in full, Can I borrow $1,000? I really need it!, and I promise to pay it back to you, I really do, honest! I'll be as honest and reliable as you, honest, I swear it! - Lee replies to LorenaActually right now i'm keeping an eye on my neighbor or people around me hoping that i'll get this 877 487 5583 clown (caller), i'll poke his eyes!
- getinhotExcellent!!! This is what I have done. Since we can't get an address to send a cease and desist letter we have to counter act their tactic until it is know longer effective. You can use the Google Voice spam settings to list their number, they may have many, and you never are bothered by the call. Answer a computer with a computer! Don't let these people intimate you. If your loan defaulted and was written off, that's it, case closed unless the loan originator received a court judgment. They get to write it off their books and improve their lending balance. I guess our wonderful politicians made it legal for them to then sell the paper to collection agencies which should be unlawful (getting write-off then income). If you have to talk to one of these Turkeys, tell them unless they have a contract signed by you, between their company and you, you're not paying a cent. Yes they will start the very weak argument that you signed with credit card company etc,. and that now they bought the paper and therefore you owe them the debt etc., etc. Just tell tell them they have you condolences that they bought bad paper and that they do not have your permission to call you on this phone again! The very idea that I have to put up with this drib on a cell phone that I pay for the minutes. Besides my cell is my work phone. I had one to demand that I take him off speaker phone. My response: "Don't tell me how to use my F**king equipment"! He said he couldn't stand those things. "Fine it's speaker phone or dial tone"! I'm just as impersonal as they are. It's all about intimidation. Without it, they have nothing, zip, Nada, bump kiss. NCO called for 9 months until I sent a receipt requested-certified letter to their home office in PA. When they buy some more of my bad paper I'm sure they will start up again and I will spend another five bucks to get them off my back. If you are really mad and really want to stick it to them for not crossing their T's and dotting their I's, go to www.jurisdictionary.com/index.asp?refercode=GH0004 Some people are making money off these stupid people because they don't follow the law that governs their own industry. Above all don't ride the guilt trip. Trillions of our money are being spent very irresponsibly because someone wasn't doing their job overseeing the mortgage industry. Will they have to pay back all the defaults?

- big dog replies to toefyeah charged off is bad, it means that you had a bill you never paid for months and months and months until the company maxed out as much interest and other charges they could on your account, now you owe the full balance on the card and will never be able to open account again, as im sure you know money doesnt grow on trees, so your still expspected to pay your bill back as it is currently ruining your credit daily, once you pay it off it reports charged off paid in full , look good not like your just a dead beat who doesnt know how to pay your bills, my advice is to call this agency before you end up getting sued for not answering your phone! yah silly billys :)
- big dog replies to 812558have you ever thought of calling this number back, and talking to someone about maybe NOT CALLING YOU, especially when they obviously have a wrong number
:)

- big dog replies to MAEits funny to see how paranoid people can be,heh if i only answered phone numbers i knew i can only imagine the very VERY important things i could have missed out on .
- LAUGHING AT THEMHey guys, give them some of their own medicine.Go to prankdial.com and you can send them free prank calls all day. It's hysterical to hear them talking to a recording all the time thinking its a real person.
Since they like to call people all day and bother them, its a perfect way to keep them busy all day answering fake calls.
If everyone does it,they will go nuts with the shear volume.LMAO. - KleinAnyone know who this is?

- M in MDJust got a call from this number, didn't pick up, no message left. Based on the info here, I'm guessing they are looking for my debt-ridden ex-boyfriend. I'd tell them to get in line, but fortunately for me my cell phone has an "add to reject list" function. Ta-da.
- bpm307 replies to associate1| 1 replyassociate1: If you read my post I stated I never heard of All Gate Credit card. I never have had an All gate credit Card. My profession has nothing to do with it. Does that mean that debt collectors can harass and intimidate people they call? Because you,,,,, er I mean they do.
- associate1 replies to bpm307your original post says
"...When I told them I was a police officer and I wanted to speak to their fraud department miraculously at that very moment she told me there was a fire alarm in the building and that she had to go without ever giving me the number...."
You are the one who made your profession part of the communication not us.
Though you may never gave heard of allgate, they are the company that underwrote a credit card in your name that was "branded". For example, my "sears" account really is a "Citibank visa" account.
Simply being honest when we call would shed some light on the matter we are calling about. - getinhotI noticed a lot of responders don't even owe the debt the calls are about. This is ridiculous. If your debt was written off 5 years ago It should fall off you credit report. If they try to collect that debt, they are already in violation of Federal law. If you would like to make some money off these dirt bags and stop this practice or you are just really angry, click on this link and learn how to get even without a lawyer. www.jurisdictionary.com?refercode=GH0004
