I recieved the call abt taking out a loan in 2008. I owed them $2100 but would settle for $300. When I asked for their location, Bus Id #. I was told I would be called back. I spoke with Ms. Jackson, Ms Beetle and Ms Luna. Auroura (suburb of Chicago), IL does not have a business for them either.

Got a call at work from 877-601-5871 Caller id showed PDL, person said they were Ms. Richmond, and to have me call her back at ext 256, I acted like I was someone else.  I am not allowed to get calls from people like this at work.

Called me at work today and said i had a payday loan out and if i didnt pay they would garnish my wages. never in my life have i done a payday loan and this is the 3rd time in three years they have tried to get money from me.. i am so sick of getting these phone calls

the caller left a message and said they were calling about a garnishment and to call immediately and ask for Mr Gary???

I received a call from # 877-601-5871,ext. 256 on Wed. 11/16/11 @ 1:13 P.M. on my cell phone  I couldn't understand the name, but it was from a woman with an American accent  She said that it was about a wage garnishment, but I've never gotten anything in the mail from the court system.  I doubt this is anything legal and I will be calling my payroll dept. tomorrow about this and to ask them to not allow any transactions to take place of this nature.  I've been scanned before for nearly a thousand dollars about a year and a half ago, and I'll be damned if this is going to happen to me again.  So, please be careful out there folks and good luck.

Recieved a call from a Cassandra Richmond about a "loan" i had supposidly taken out and the i owe them over a thousdan dollars and that if i don't pay them that i will have my paycheck garnished. She called me by a phone number 1-630-486-1900 the caller ID said PDL. I then begin to get suspious and asked her many question like when i took out this loan. Then as she was babbling on i decided to look up all her information like the phone numbers and stumpled upon many sites that said this number and this lady is a scam. So i told her i would call her back LMAO. not happening. so i tricked her and am telling everybody now that she is not the only one doing this. There is another guy that i got a call from a week ago called "Tony Johnson" with an Indian Accent telling me i owed money as well and was extremly rude on the phone. Sent me a fake document with mispellings and typo's all over it. His number he used it 1-347-377-8558. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE, they can be pretty bruitly and will trick you any way they can.

Receieved this call at home Monday they left no info who was calling just to call them back 877-601-5871 a Miss Parker. I have had calls from different numbers as well regarding a supposed pay day loan from 2008. They were harrassing calls for quite sometime. I filed two reports with the local police who called the various numbers and found they were all scam calls. I also filed a complaint with the FBI scam division. The other calls have stopped as I did as the police said to do and not respond or answer the calls. I have also blocked certain numbers from calling my home phone. This was a real help the phone company can help you with this. They did not give a company name but number matches all other compalints.

I got a call from a Ms.Shon which she said i owe $1200 from payday one.. She told me  i could settle for $300.I never borrowed from payday one. I gave her my email address & she sent me a email stating my account is deliquent..Be aware of these people they sound ligit but they are professional frauds.. they even have a 877-610-5871 # as well. & with my email i  got a email address from Charles Lenard ewa_recovery@yahoo.com

I received a call at my job from a Ms. Gonzales with the same threat of garnishment of wages. I called the PayDay loan company after lookin it up and was told that this was a scam. I NEVER had an account with them. I'm tired of the B.S.

I was told that i owed a payday loan for three hundred dollars and when it was time for them to take their money they took 8 hundred dollar just before chrismas.

Yes ingnore them they are major scammers!! Everyone who get's a call from someone like this make sure to ask the following questions if they don't tell you themselves. Also write down everything he/she says like vital information about them and there company and phone number. Don't give anything to them and say that you will just give them a call back shortly when your not "busy". Then if you can get to a computer make sure to research every information they give you. If nothing seems right and you find something like this site in which proves that many people have gotten this call and they use the same number but a different name...then in conclusion THEY ARE SCAMMERS. GIVE THEM NO INFORMATION AND IGNORE THEM! they will not stop until you literally tell them off and say you know that there scammers and that they should be in jail for doing this to others, because in all reality there pretty stupid and they have no legit proff you took any loan out and there documentation if they do send to you is not legit and is copied and pasted in cause they have no life. So just tell them off next time they call and turn the tables on them and make them feel like crap! it works i did it to one and totally blew up on this indian fellow and his giggling partner in the background on the phone. :)

Received several calls from them also.  Caller was possibly named Sue, and said it was about a wage garnishment.  Time to call my HR dept. and put them on alert.....

A lady by the name of Debra Cook called me about a dept that i had established w/ a loan company. the lady told me that they were set to begin garnishment on my check that friday. she told me that unless i payed them $300 as a settlement my checks woulb be garnished for $1100. i almost paid it until me and my cousin looked up the compant and could find no history of it but this. i would like to thank you all for helping me. to pay this company i made arrangements for my bill w/ my water company, my electricity company, and ect. you guys really are a blessing and i would like to give you the biggest thanks for speaking out and letting us that are at a lost and in the dark know what this company is all about
