They call 3 times a day and I don't know what they want

3 times this number called and  this lady comes on recorded ,saying you have reached SEARS please stay on line then its like there trying to down load you line, hang up fast I believe its this new tech out I read in the magazine popular mechcanics so be careful....Cheers

who call me on July 14, said hello, but no answer

It's Sears.  I called that phone number back and asked the customer service to take my name off their list.  I used their repair service just recently.  I asked if she is with Sears Canada or a separate call centre and she said she's with Sears.  I would be really mad if Sears gave my info out to other companies.

This number calls me a couple of times a week> I don't know who they are.

Called my house 3 times...I am bloacking this #%$^%#^%$ number!

I get call from this number twice a week. I don't know who this is.

This number keeps calling us every day, different time of day though.  When we answer, always a dead air and even when we hold the line for 2 mins, still nothing but silence. WTF?  We are getting really annoyed by these [***]!  We just put the "last number that called" on the callblock so, hopefully, this will stop these ridiculous daily annoyances.

Please stop calling me again,  please do not do something to someone those you don't want them to do to you! I really got sick this phone numbers 877 889 2024.

It is Sears extended warranty - if you just bought something from sears or have warranty expiring they are trying to sell you an extended warranty. I picked up the phone after I had purchased a tractor from Sears - I told them to send me the info - they did - now they call back daily.....but I'm at work.

These idiots called every day and I am a shift worker.  Due to my job I am not allowed to turn off the phone.  They kept waking me up.  I thought it was an obsence or prank caller as when I picked it up there  was obviously somebody there; one time I heard them in the background.  I got so fed up today, I checked the number and finally called back.  It turns out it is Sears.  They have been trying to sell me a product extended warranty on an air conditioner.  Here's the disgusting thing.  These idiots had sent me the wrong air conditioner.  I had ordered one.  I specifically paid top dollar for one not made in China.  It took 15  days to show up.  Guess what?  They charged me for the one made in Canada.  On the box of the one made in China, they billed me for the product made in Canada. Now the one I had ordered was out of stock and if it showed up it would be wintertime.  The product I had ordered came with an extended warranty---not the [***] they sent me.  And get this---when I phoned them to reimburse the money they owed me for sending me the cheaper product, they said that they might not do it and kept sending me to different departments.  Now they have the nerve to phone me every single day to sell me the extended warranty.  It gets better.  When I told the woman I had no interest in the product and the history, she got really rude and THE STUPID [***] HUNG UP ON ME.  Good service Sears.

I have them now.  I'd asked that stupid cow earlier to put me on a do not call list.  Well, they just called again.  I filed a complaint on them.

Called today 9:30 AM. Did not answer. Any idea who this is?

Ohh yes it could be Sears extended warranty, they have called me before. I bought some thing there and they want me to sign up for extended w.

I called the number back and got a message in french and english saying "you've called Sears Canada"

This IS Sears telemarketing to sell you extended warranties on crap purchased from them!

I've been getting many calls from this # and haven't answered and they've never left messages.  After reading "BCs" post above, I called the number (1-800-361-6665) and you have to press '2' for the Protection Agreement Department.

The woman there advised me that yes, the 877-889-2024 call is an "automated dialer" which calls Sears customers to sell them "new extended warranties" on products they purchased. (I did purchase a lawnmower in May).  I told her to immediately remove my # from the call list and NEVER call again!

As far as I'm concerned, Sears is telemarketing (isn't that illegal?), but I guess they get through the loophole by stating they are calling their "customers".  This is utter BS and I will be making a formal complaint to Sears and will NOT be purchasing anything from them again!

8778892024 is apparently Sears (some security protection department)
you can call number back and speak directly to them and ask to be put on a DNC list.
I did, so we'll see if it actually takes affect.

Who is calling from 887-889-2024? Ringing stop after 2 1/2 rings. There is nobody at the other end. No message of any kind. Who is profiting from this? The calls come in up to five times a day. Twice today, August 23. Who can help put an end to this nonsense?
