I found out that this number was taking money off my sons phone, I found the website 77G which at sometime he had entered a competition for an iphone.
As he is 16, they would not refund any money. Even when I explained to them that he may be sixteen but this is not his mental age.
I am very annoyed, but have at least spoken to a person, the number is on the website.
I am wondering if this pratice should be made illegal, as having a son with learning disabilities has now cost me £50 in just over two months.

16 text messages in one day is ridiculous. When I eventually identified them as Wintrivia all I got was insistence that I had entered their draw and would be charged £4,50 per day until I sent a 'stop' text. There is another number - 85222- associated with this one.

I sent STOP to 88222 they have used all my credit on my pay as you go phone.

I have just sent "STOP ALL" to 88222 and have got a free message back stating that these will stop as from tomorrow.

I received three text messages today 29/8/2013. I did not solicit these texts, and when I saw the number 88222 I did not open them, but just deleted them. My credit balance was reduced £4.50 or £1.50 per text. How can these thieving people get away with this?
