this company is really annoying either they need to be stopped or something and they need to get a life cause they aint got nuthin else better to do  than  bother somebody GET A LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've received calls from this company daily for months.  There is a considerable pause before they ask for somebody who does not live here or has this number (I've had this number for 40 plus years).  I've explained this to the caller & twice have spoken with a supervisor who assured me this problem would be taken care of.  It has not yet been taken care of.  

These scammers call me on my private cell phone any day and at any time. Sunday they called at 8:00 am and it continued all day! Early Saturday I awoke to them calling my cell asking for Jowanda. I told them I do not know whom that person is and my cell has been the same for many years. The fool on the other line even went on to ask me where I could find this Jowanda person???? I had to slowly ( yet annoyed ) explain again that I don't even of such a person and to STOP calling me! They said they would stop calling.....BUT they LIED! Once again they called me early this morning and it is a national memorial day. Really??? It is so very annoying that scums get paid to do a [***] job that harasses people whom have nothing to do with whatever their [***] job! Hopefully one of the scums from this scam will read this post and realize they are a piece of tird that needs to find a better purpose with their useless life. I will continue to report these scums and as usual I will ignore their unwanted calls. Telemarketers = Scum of a Mcdonalds toilet bowl.

Apparenty, this is a loan company. It is likely someone gave them your number who has defaulted on a loan and they are trying to locate the person. I have yet to be here when they call, but trying to reach them now to find out what it's about. They don't provide the courtesy of any heads up. Just someone named Denise asking to call her back.

I recently had to buy a car for work asap and had little for a down payment. My car ended up being financed through Santander. They have been calling me regularly and never leave a message. I only figured out who it was by googling the number. I set up an online account and my first payment isn't even due yet, but they are still calling. I can only imagine what they do if someone misses a payment. They also demand that you add references to your account. So if you do not personally have an account with this company and they are calling you, I guarantee your number is in their computer as a reference for someone who missed a payment.

I received a statement in the mail stating I have interest paid for tax year 2014.  Same 888-222-4227 number on letter.  so not just calling, they are mailing as well.

Everyone complains about these companies calling about their money, in my case a car loan for which my sister and brother-in-law put me as a reference.  I don't blame them because I'm sure my sister owes the money.  The people who don't pay their bills are the ones to blame, not the poor schmuck who's calling because it's their job to check up on the account.  Quit being a deadbeat and you will never hear from a bill collector.

This is Santander Consumer Loans; https://www.santanderconsumerusa.com. Santander illegally tampers with cell number provided by the person/individual who actually has the loan with them. May be one of your friends or family members by illegally intruding on individual's CONTACT LIST without their knowledge, consent or permission; and they did not give the number at all to Santander. They intrude on person's cell phone number, take your number  off their contact's list of the person who actually has the loan and if any money is owed by that individual, Santander will begin to illegally call ALL on contact list without their permission or knowledge to harass them. Called my 12 year daughter several times per day, and has called several different names on contact list w/out knowledge or permission and consent. It is just one of their many illegal practices. Tampering with cell phone provided by their own customers to harass. They call people you have not spoke and combine their name with your name. Best to report to FCC Complaints on https://www.fcc.gov/complaints because how Santander got your number to begin with was by illegally going on the individual's contact list. More laws need to be put in place to prevent this garbage from happening to innocent people. It is horrible to abuse and intrude on someone cell to harass the person on an individual contact list...

These people are harassing...they are not stop...calling during funerals, church services, counseling sessions, and the list goes on and on.

I don't have a car payment

The number belongs to Santander Consumer USA Inc., an auto finance company. They call because you have been listed as a reference for a friend or family member, knowingly or unknowingly, for an auto loan they received. They are late/in default on their car payment, so Santander starts calling them. Then, they start calling anyone who is listed as a reference. Very annoying! I'll never allow anyone to list me as a reference again.

I have told them repeatedly the people they are looking for does not have this number, and they don't live at thus address.
Have asked and,requested to be taken off their list. And have turned them over to my state Attorney Generals office.

get calls from ? till 9pm who is this VERT annoying wakes the kids, who is the 888 number

You know you can block this caller right ? They just called me and left a voicemail did not identify just said to call them.  I don't have a car financed though them and my payment is not late to my lender so...

When they called, they used my name and wanted me to call them back.

I called them back and asked them why they called me.  They said they were collectors and needed my SS number.  I gave them my phone number to see if they could find "my account" .  They could not find an account for me and I did not give them my social security number.

Calls me about 5 times a day

For those saying this number is calling looking for info on a friend or family member who got a loan and used you as a contact, I say BS.  They just left a message on my machine looking for someone I have never met.  This person has received calls at my home before from a collection agency as well.  We do not know this person so how in the world are we supposed to give them updated info on them?

Repeated phone calls for another person. I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number but they refuse to stop

I receive calls on my personal cell and now they have started harassing me at my place of work! I have my car payment set up to be paid automatically - SO there is no need for them to be HARASSING me with phone calls at all hours of the day and night!  I have made several attempts to speak with them and get them to stop calling, but to no avail! Because of their constant harassment I have found another lender and am in the processing of getting rid of them!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! if you have to finance a car DOOO NOOTTT USE THEM!!!
