It's someone else's car they are calling about. My brother-in-law used my name as a reference and they are calling me to ask where they can find him.

these people call on sunday,i do no how they got my number.
hang up and call back but they will not say nothiung.

these people call and don't say anything.then last night 12-26-2013 a guy left a message asking for a D. HAPER I call back told them that person did not live here.after the call they just keep calling.but don't say anything.

I have a car financed through Santander and have payments taken through automatic payment monthly and yet I still get this number calling my cell 5 to 7 times a day and Im not a day late. Easiest thing to do is block the number.

They are a finance company for vehicles...they really work with their customers if you just answer the call

If you have a car financed with Santander, just answer the phone and they will work with you on your payments. If, as in my case, you were used as a reference on someone else's loan and get calls every month because they are late, if you have a cell phone download an app called Mr. Number, it's free and you can either block numbers completely (caller is advised you are not taking calls right now) or you can set the ring tone for a specific number to 'None' and set it to automatically go to voice mail or just hang up and you'll never hear it ring or be bothered by it again. Some companies that use several numbers you might have to google the number, 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx,  to make sure it belongs to that company before you block it. I have an android phone, I assume it is available for iphone too or they have something like it.  All I ever see anymore is that I had a missed call from ######, it no longer rings and IF they leave a message, it will go to my voicemail without bothering me, I will see it there whenever I happen to check voicemails.

We get 3-4 of these phone calls a day they never leave a message!

I've been receiving calls every day from this number at least 4 times a day.  It's really annoying!

This is a ligit company...they are a car finance company.

This number calls me at least twice a day.

This is absolutely absurd. I will be reporting this number for harassment. I have no connection with any company they represent, have never had a car loan, and do not owe any money to anyone. If they keep calling me, my lawyers will get involved and i do not think they are going appreciate that.

They are driving me crazy and leaving no message.  6-8 calls per day

I am getting 6-8 calls a day. won't leave a message -- really a nuisance!

I just filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am actually going to sue them. They have been calling me for 8 months and it totaled in 500 calls and I have told them so many times that this is not the persons number you are looking for any more. I said "do I sound like a Mrs Gomez to ^%$hole??

My advice is to call the BBB and file a harrasment complaint with the local court. I am ...i've had it!
