I received a call from this number today (Santander), calling me, to tell me I needed to get in touch with my Ex, because she is 5 payments behind (no surprises there).  First of all... not MY problem (I am not on the loan, don't have the vehicle, never even seen the vehicle)... secondly, contacting me about a contract/debt that I do NOT have with their company, and discussing the details of said contract/loan about a 3rd-party is ILLEGAL... lastly, how in the H3LL did they get my cell phone number??

I have informed the representative of that facts, and WILL press charges, and notify the Attorney General in my state, if they call again.  $1000 fines, payable to ME for every call they make to my phone after today!

It is a scam when they people they are calling for don't live here, have never had this number, and are strangers to us!  There is now way this stranger put us down as a reference on a car lone when they don't know us!  The people who cold call every number they can to get ss numbers are either using a stolen number to do a scam or if it is a real bank they should be shut down for such bad business practices and harassing people who have nothing to do with them and owe them no money!

Every day for over a month there is a call from this company. When we answer the call they hang up. On a rare occasion someone answers and ask for someone that doesn't work here. We have asked numerous times to have them remove our number to no avail.

It's Santander Consumer USA...you my friend must have BAD CREDIT to be dealing with them. Have a great day...pay your CAR NOTE or else REPO GONNA GET YOU

They have been calling me for months asking for Jake or Stephanie Gershawitz. Never heard of them so they would not have used my name as a reference like others have been saying on this board. I have also financed nothing nd have never had a relationship with DriveFinancial or Santander.

Dirty Arab sand people who refuse to remove my number from their call list. The person who previously had my number musta got on they list. Call is set to reject but they try so many f'n times to call

Quit calling..just got this phone for 12y/0 . Since there is no acct nbr, customer nbr and ssn   wasn't submitted have no idea how to rid my child of these annoying calls. Quit calling.

This number is annoying. I wish they would stop calling.

They called and asked for me, told them I wasn't me, but I'd pass the phone off and asked who I could say was calling, she gave her name again and I said "yes, but what company are you with?" She responded with "I can't tell you that if you're not this person, but you can have her call me back at...." Really, you can't disclose your company name? I don't trust anyone who calls without me expecting a call, who has the telltale call center pause before they respond to "hello", and especially if they don't disclose their company name when introducing themselves.

They call multiple times in week. Will not say what they are calling about. They are looking for someone that does not live at this number.

I don't have a car payment.

Received a call on my new phone, today. Never used this phone to sign up for anything and don't have any loans. Will report to FTC,  Consumer Protection Agency, etc.

Someone must have given them a bogus #... MINE!  I have no dealings with them or any other lending company.  My phone has access to put them on auto-reject, but some how they are still able to get thru.  =/

Calling everyday and doesn't say anything. I called back and finally reached a person. I told her exzactly what was going on and she said she would handle the caller. Ha, what a joke, still getting the calls!
