if anyone has any idea of lawsuits against these people. wow, do i have some stories to share!

these people are not only rude they are truly unethical. after continuing to be emotinally bashed in by these people and ripped off and lied to.

i am done! i am officially bitter! i wish i never went to school!! i wish i never tried to better my life.

in doing so i have left mine and my sons life in crap! homeless, jobless and completly stressed out of my mind.

i wasted years in college when i should have been watching my baby develop into a toddler AND BEYOND.

Wow, that's crazy.  I feel like mel.  I wish I never attended college, it didn't get me anywhere but in debt and jobless.  It wasn't until I almost graduated when somebody told me because of my physical problems, I cannot do the work I went to school for.

Sally Mae called this morning and I sent them an e-mail because I cannot access my account online and they no longer send me letters in the mail.  I would have filled out another stupid deferment form if I could access my account.

this is sallie mae, i have a loan with them and if i'm a few days late they start calling relentlessly, if you owe them money they are going to call you constantly , after you pay they will stop, my advise is to stay current on your loan, even though that is hard , they should make these loans easier to pay back

People, call your district attorney and state Attorney General, and tell them you want this stopped. I am, they call constantly with a hoard of different numbers. They think they have found a guy that owes them, so they continue to harass the livin' [***] out us. We're both sick, I have heart disease she has had a stroke, and they don't believe they have the wrong number. I am so tired of people trying to hand me their job, without handing me their paycheck. If these idiots want to send me a pay check they can call me all they want. But until they do they better [***] off or I will turn them in to the DA, and if he won't do anything I will go file a civil suit on them! Call me again on Sunday morning, and I'll make sure the guy they are trying to reach is released of his debt because they harassed my [***] for it.

Our government is pitting us against each other. Get involved, if you have any time at all. Write your congressmen. Join a tea party, we deserve better, but we have to pay attention and vote to get men and women in office more like our original patriots.

Hello Kaye. I know you represent for Sallie Mae. I saw the Sallie Mae prepares everythings for harrassment. You call and use auto system to talk so you don't give the receivers a chance to talk with your real representatives. You don't want to be recorded the conversations so you can talk rude and threaten. You have the information in your files and you ask the receivers to give out their informations to you, that's the trick that people steal I.D on the phone or online. And bla..bla..bla

Yeah, you-Sallie Mae-prepare everything to protect you but the receivers (or the victims of your harrassments) will file a complaint and lawsuit against Sallie Mae.

They called yesterday, asking for my former step-son, who NEVER lived at this address (& phone number).  I told them they had the wrong number.  They called again today.  I told them they STILL have the wrong phone number.  They asked if I knew "John Doe" (my former step-son).  I didn't answer, I just asked if they knew him.  Guess what?  They hung up the phone on me.  Hmmm.  Was it something I said?

Thanks for information about Sallie Mae.  I've received two calls from that number.  One time, the number showed on my caller ID.  The other time, a woman's voice left a message, but spoke so fast that I couldn't understand anything she said other than the phone number.  For the record, I do not recall ever having anything to do with Sallie Mae.  Personally, I think they have collectors who use auto-dialers to contact anybody and everybody in the hopes of hitting on something.  This should not be allowed.  If anyone in connection with Sallie Mae reads this:  I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU IF THIS IS YOUR METHOD OF DOING BUSINESS!

They don't even limit themselves to calling people with the same last name of the person they are trying to locate.  My name is DeVaney, and they keep asking for Jack Frost.

bob h, I have never done business with them, but they call almost every day.  They ask for Jack Frost.  I spoke with Claire and told her who I am, I do not know a Jack Frost, and I've had this phone number for about six months.  She spoke very nicely and assured me that she would note the error and remove my name from their calling list.  They've called 11 times and left 9 messages since she made that promise.  I followed up with an email today.  I suppose everyone could send a certified letter to the President.  It took a President to stop telemarketing...maybe it will take another President to stop this harassment.

foulest nastiest recording i ever heard! they threatened my life, told me that if i didnt call them at a certain number they were filing against me. YOU have been WARNED! .....what is up with this...this default can be collected out of tax returns....I wouldn't have known who this was without this line

These idiots called me Saturday.  I don't have a student loan & have never had one, & it's been almost 40 years since I graduated from college anyway.  If they call again they will get an ear full

Called on my cell phone Saturday...computer-generated voice mail that was incomplete.  This is weird to me...I don't have a student loan (graduated from college in 74!), or any other loan & have not applied for one.  They have also called my work number.  Getting really pissed since both numbers are on the do-not-call list.

Constant calls on a new cell number. I have never had any business with them nor do I know anyone that has.
