this number is calling me at least 4 times a day but not leaving any messages.  it's not important if they can't leave a message.  can I please have my number removed from their directory?

Recieved six calls today from this number starting at 0600. I called the Idaho Attorney General's office, consumer protection division, I gave them all the numbers that had been used and some of the comments listed here. She told me NOT to call the numbers back due to the amount of complaints, and the fact that a telemarketer may have my number, she gave me the number of the Idaho Board of Education. Who gave me the https://fafsa.ed.gov and they gave me the studentaid.ed.gov so that I could find out who my loan provider/servicing was. Adapt this for your state. Navient is the company who bought out the section of student loans and is demanding callback on servicing student loans.

This number keeps calling my cell phone - when i call them on my land line to find out who they are i was asked to  give them my social security number so they could check my account!!!  Sounds pretty bad to me!!

Cant count how many calls I get from this number weekly. Wont quit. I do not have loans with them

I am 70 yrs old don't owe any student loans or any one any money. Make this stop or I will sue

This is Navient. Student loan processor 888-272-5543. If they want to talk they really should leave a message like a normal person.

You need to contact studentloans.gov and ask for a loan forgiveness because you have a disability. That is one way that you can get a student loan discharged.

Navient is your student loan servicer, you still have to make your student loan payments in the normal course. For more information, you can contact Navient by phone at 1-888-272-5543 or by email through Navient's Office of the Customer Advocate.
