We just lost my Dad in July....this week Mom got one of these postcards for free airfares from continental airlines..She doesnt fly and we are always suspicious of "free" offers...plus on her card it said "not sponsored by or affiliated with continental airlines...you guys go after them with gusto....a vulture company who attempts to feed off of widows should be stopped. There will be widows out there and other unsuspecting folk who don't realize the scam and will fall victim to unending and unrewarded piecrust promises and debt.

My birthday is coming up and I received the "2 Round Trip Airfares to anywhere Southwest flies."  The bonus 3DAY 2NIGHT HOTEL STAY! was included.  I thought yipee and explored their supposed web site, instead I found you all.  Thanks.  This scam is now in the Seattle area, post card came from Las Vegas.  Sure am glad I didn't call!

I too received a Southwest Airliens free trip. But, I noticed the graphics were low rez. 99% of the time this is always a dead giveaway that the person who built the file used web graphics.(cut and paste onto a post card)The actual high rez logos and fonts are closely guarded by the airline. While this is not a 100% test it has never failed me yet(I work in the printing business) after reading this site, the verdict is in. total scam.

thanks for the heads up. just received a call for free airfare and 8 day bahama cruise. wanted us to go to a seminar in Warwick, RI. Thought was kind of strange. someone needs to stop these fools.

Well....husband got a postcard today, Hubby tossed, and I saw it in trash and laughed.  Glad we were not fooled.  But, being the curious one, I decided to see just how bad this scam is.  Would not have posted except they changed the Airlines.

Scam using DELTA registered logo, stating:

"Congratulations! You ahve been selected to receive 2 Round Trip Airfares to anywhere Delta flies in the continental USA.  Call within 48 hours.  

You will also receive as a bonus 3 day 2 night hotel stay.  

We have been trying to contact you! (This is not a timeshare or land sale offer). "

Maybe the Delta's legal representatives should look into this as well.  Has one of their registered logos on it!   First Class Mailing Permint #3950 / West Palm Beach FL.   Can track them this way if you wish (OH, postal employment helps at times LOL)

Saw the warnings about this in the local paper. My postcards have been from 'United Airlines', 'Southwest' and latest, 'Delta'. They seem to correlate with whatever airline I have used recently. Interesting?

Just got my card today but with a different phone nymber, 1-888-515-4142. Also refers to a website that doesn't exist www.webpaper.co/716.  Couldn't get through to the number as it appeared to be overloaded. Hope others are buying in to this scam.

We just got a postcard that is supposedly from Southwest Airlines. This card appears to be the same one that  Cathy from CA (page 1) received. I  immediately thought it's a scam. I searched around on Google and sure enough it is. If it sounds to good to be true it is.  I've already written SWA.

The verbage on this card is,  My Husbands firstname and last name  have been selected to receive 2 rd trip airfares on southwest if he calls that number. The same info on the postcard claims not a time share or land sale offer.

This card came from Palm Beach Florida.

Just got my postcard offer today for Delta Fly Away Escape. Same offer as for others, 2 R/T airfares, plus 2 night hotel stay, just call 855-842-0415.

It was tempting to call the number, but thankfully I had the good sense to do a Google search for Delta Fly Away Escape, and found this website (and another one) with all the comments and warnings.

We got the postcard yesterday 10/31 but ours was for Delta. It's very unsettling that these people have access to our info. Technology 

If it looks to good to be true............here in Calif they are using the #888-516-4142 & 2 Round Trip Tickets on SOUTHWEST !  However the phone # is disconnected. Hopefully someone is closing in on them,

Received postcard in mail from webpaper.co/716. it states that I will receive 2 round trip airfares to anywhere Delta flies in the Continental US. If I call within 48 hrs. I will receive a bonus of 3 day/2 night hotel stay. It also states that this is not a timeshare or land sale offer. Did not call, since nothing comes free.

Ok, I received one also. I did not call. Does anyone know what the scam is. Obviously they are scamming for money. I was just wondering how they get the money, such as getting the victim to "front" some money, ect.

I got a card with Southwest Airlines logo and postcard picture of a Southwest Aircraft in the mail
and called the number.  They wanted me to attend a meeting at the candlewood suites in Houston.

Just got ours today listing Delta, 855-842-0415.  All other information the same as other cards. The fine print indicates that the promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Delta airlines, but that they are a major supplier.

Supplier of what? My information I guess...just booked flights on Delta last week
