KC I actually did have a virus on my computer that was affecting Rogers servers. They don't call, they blocked me from using the internet and I called them and was advised on what to do so your call does sound a little hinky. This happened to me before the online protection became a standard feature of their service. Wouldn't a virus on your system now be Rogers fault??

When i called the number, the message is to call another directory assistance number

that number is rogers.

I got a call from this number yesterday and twice today not more than 10 minutes apart. No message and I didn't answer.

I have been receiving tele-marketing  calls for the past week, so I have registered the Do-Not-Call list, again, a lot good it is doing.  Why are these nuisance telemarketers allowed?

I do not answer any unknown number, if it is of importance the caller will leave a message.

I just received a call from +1 (888) 764-3771 and there was no one on the other line. I said hello maybe 5 times and no answer.

Same here, I've been reciving at least two calls a day from this number which comes up on my phone as Rogers Communications. Finally, I answered about 3-4 times and no response on the other end of the line. I am going to call Rogers and complain, as if that will do any good, knowing them.

so true so ignoring, they kept calling every day 3x a day, why can we stop them..I dont like to anser their calls thks god i have display but it only come up long distance...so i dont answer.

After a couple of weeks of no calls from this number, they started up again, 2-3 times a day. I called Rogers and told them about it but they said that it is not them calling. They have no record of any of their departments calling me. When I pursued this, they transfered me to another department and they said thanks for letting them know so that if other people call and complain about this they would know about it. They had no idea who it was or how to stop the calls. That\s their story. I would suggest anyone getting calls from this number to call Rogers (at that same number) and complain. If enough do, maybe they will do something.

Many times, no message, just a click . Called the number and went through hoops to talk to a Rogers salesperson.
He explained that the calls were coming from the marketing department and said he would request my home number be removed from the call list. Will take up to 6 days....we'll see.

This number (888-764-3771) showed up on my credit card statement fraudulently.

They have been calling me everyday the past month, never leaving voice mails. On occasion, I answer the phone and warn them if they call me one more time, I'm having them charged for harrassment. They continue to call. I answered the phone again and it was some guy yelling at me for not paying a bill... I'm with Virgin, and have NEVER been with Rogers. And they think I'm gonna switch. Up theirs!

I'm not even a Roger's customer and this bloody number and another Roger's number keeps calling my Bell mobile. One of the numbers isn't even a 1-800 number so it actually costs me everytime I answer the phone. WTF! I called to inquire about internet and cable and now I'm recieving calls from them non stop. This is why I stopped dealing with Roger's years ago. Worst customer service.

Rogers has called me to advise that i remove a virus, or they would terminate my internet connection. It is not SPAM or a joke, it is actually rogers... }They also call from this number to advise of service calls or a resolution to a ticket complaint

I need help in blocking this number.  Any one know how to do this?
