I am from the Philippines. I also got a call from that number (088888888888) last February 4, 2011 at 12:30 PM (local time) through my mobile phone. I picked up my phone but no one answered. I also found it very strange.

I'm from Tanzania, East Africa i  recieved a phone call  from this number +888888888888 and it just rang once  when i tried to call back the line was not connecting  it was 26/2/2011 13.58 East African time. VERY STRANGE......

and the last ringing of this number i picked up , and SOMEBODY just has talked to me , and said
