A lady from this number called my wife today, asking if her last 4 digits of her social security # were correct... the 4 digits they said were actually my two-year-old daughter's digits, not my wife's. They said the call was regarding a medical bill. Then they offered to reduce our credit card interest rates. They left an alternative phone number (not taken) to call them back, after they were told we didn't have any credit cards.

called my office work phone this morning.  didn't pick up, left no message.  Assuming its a telemarketer.

it's not just AT&T.  i have a sprint phone and this number has been calling my cell too.  i pressed 1 to get to an operator & when I asked her to remove me from their list, she kept asking me if i wanted to save money.  She had some sort of comeback for everything I said.  I finally yelled for her to remove me & stop asking me questions.  The operator then hung up on me.  It's so frustrating that they have gotten our numbers on some list & we have no control b/c they NEVER actually honor a request to remove me.  They just call from a different number. I have 2 or 3 voicemails EVERY DAY from recored telemarketing calls.

I just got a call few minutes ago from this number, didn't answer it. I have a  Sprint Cell phone.

I can not get these people to stop calling me.  I continue to get calls telling me "HOW LUCKY I AM" for this offer.  It will only cost me $199.50 and then only $125 per year after that.  Oh yes and I have to put at least $300 as my line of credit for the ability to have their card.  Then I am told that the interest rate is only 24.25% but it will go down after I pay on my account for at least 18 months without being late.  (Give me a brake).

These people are freaking jerks, they get off on hanging up on you.  Who is paying these people to be a*s holes?

I too have received numerous calls from this number, and i just hang up.  I don't have debt, so I know it is a scam...

You know what sucks...  the first 7 digits (no including the 1) is my number (without the area code). So people in my area code are hitting redial and cussing my out for not following the rules of the DO NOT CALL list.  I try to explain the problem to them but some are too angry to listen. This has been going on for two months with it getting progressively worse.  Today alone, I have had 24 redial calls,  3 of them weren't yelling.  I may have to resort to changing my number.

THIS NUMBER IS A SCAM.  DO NOT give any personal information out. i received a call on my cell phone from this number which how they get our cell number is a question?  i press #1 to get connected to a person to inform them not to call again. i was connected to a man and when i questioned how they got my phone number he was rude and laughing. he stated he can lower my interest rate, i asked him what company this was and he stated "Bank of America" he then stated i had a high interest rate and specified a specific rate which i knew was a lie. when i stated he was lieing, he continued to state how he was looking a my interest rate and he could lower it, again i said he was wrong and i knew something was wrong. he then stated he could lower my interest rate by 2% if i had phone sex with him.  i hung up.  BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. i am sure they are using misc numbers. do not give any personal information to anyone. They are impersonating companies to get it.  REPORT IT.

with rude obnoxious scammers like that. makes me want to play along just to get them to meet up in person and have the cops waiting to arrest the [***]!

these lowlife scums need to be taught a good lesson!!!

Same story here. Did not answer as I did not recognize the caller. Just added the number to the blocked call list on the phone. Man, I love that option.

Keep receiving calls from 904-863-0214 even though we are on the DO NOT CALL List.

I called the number back and when the recorded message answered I pressed "1" as was siggested by Nick on 16 April 2009.  Todday is 23 April 2009.
If the call again, I will post it here, on the same date.

Just got the same call they hung up when answering machine picked up. Thank God for call screening.

My daughter's cell phone rang and i answered it it was a recording and I pressed one to have the company remove her number from call list.  I explained the situation to the operator and he asked how old she was. He said if she's old enough to pee she's old enough for me.  And proceeded to tell me what he wanted to do to my daughter.  I called the local sheriff's office and they are on the way.

I don't have AT&T so the only connection I can think of is Turbo Tax. This is the first time they called, I hope they don't call again. Concerned Mom, that's a very scary story.

Just gota call from this number on my freakin cell phone.  if I get my hands on these guys, it will not be pretty.  Some place in glen cove florida??  You got some sick [***] out there (see concerned mom) I have kids too.  They call my daughter with that [***], nothing will stop me from tracking them down.
