i am on 2 do not call lists and this is a recording about credit card interest  you cannot tell a recording to stop the damn harrassment

I keep getting calls from them as well and have repeatedly pressed the option to be taken off their call list. However since I am positive this company is not real there's little you can do by telling them that you are on the national do not call list - do you think scammers care about things like that? It's just annoying because normally I miss their calls or I would talk to an agent, get more information about what company they say they are, if they impersonating any company, etc and then file a former complaint. To beat out scum, you have to play them at their own game. Not threaten them with weak attempts.

I have been getting these calls for almost 2 months now. I have tried pressing the button requested to be removed from the list, no luck. I have spoken to several agents and demanded to be removed, no luck. Today, I asked for a supervisor and the stupid bit** hung up on me.

These calls need to be reported to the FCC.

Maybe if they get enough complaints these calls will finally stop. I am going out of my mind because they just won't stop nomatter I do. Not to mention they are calling my cell phone not the home phone, wasting my minutes!!!

Goto http://www.areversephonedetective.com/areacode/904-863 find out who it is exactly. Do not give any information over the phone and do yourself a favor and freeze your credit reports in all three agencies. It is free and easy to do go to each of the credit agency websites to freeze it properly.

It's an attempt to obtain your credit card number.  Caller offered to reduce credit card interest rate and asked to verify my credit card number.  I said, "you never call me when you raise it, why call me to lower it?  Just lowere it."  Caller laughed a little and wanted to verify my credit card number so I said, "Go ahead and tell me what you have."  Caller hung up.

Left message to say calling about issue with my credit card.  Company phone, so clearly a scammer.

Automated call "to lower credit card interest rate". This is not a call from your credit card company, it's a call from an illegal organization. Don't give out any personal details - they have no idea who you are they are just using a random auto dialer. They will not honor your request to be removed from their list and they will not lower your credit card interest rate.

They call my cell phone and never leave a message. Its annoying because i dont have credit cards

keeps callig no message yet. I have not answered.

When I answer the phone no one responds. The caller on the other end hangs up. It's calling my cell phone.  No name is attached to the number that shows on the call id.  When returning the call, I receive an automated recording stating that the mailbox box belonging to  "t m caller id llc" is full.  It's a male voice stating the name of the company.

I dont think it has to do with turbo tax. i do my own taxs & still got this call. i did answer bcuz someone i work w/ told me it was one of those scams. AT&T did give out your phone number either, the day after the superbowl cell phone number went national. why i dont know it is compelte cr@p. some areas must have done it first, thats the only reason some have had this going on for so long, but it just started for me.

Keeps calling my phone. When the number was called back it said voice mailbox was full try another number. Getting annoying. Also have been receiving auto warranty calls and I don't have an auto warranty at all. I have not spoke to an individual at this time.

This person calls me , does not leave a message and then i call back and its a random company which i never heard of and I dont want these calls.

I received a call from the above mentioned number about lowering my credit card rate.  I stayed on the line to find out what they were talking about to make sure I didn't have a credit card I was unaware of.  The lady on the line slurred her name quickly and I was unable to catch it.  She said she was from Consumer Credit Services.  I asked what the call was in regards to and she said they worked with VISA and Mastercard.  When I asked her if this was a solicitation she said that she worked with consumers.  I informed her that my cellphone was on the do not call registry and she said, "Oh... Go to Hell!"  I was in no way rude and I feel like these people need to be stopped.  If any one can shed some light on what they are doing that would be great.

Keep receiving calls but try and return them and they're mail box is full.
How can you tel them to stop? I have even answered once and they don't say anything. How can you let them know to stop?
