These people call daily to offer me lower interest rates on my credit card. I don't even have a credit card! I have REPEATEDLY asked them to remove my name from their list, but they continue to call. Recently I have threatened them by saying I would file report for harrassment with my local police department. Today, when I asked to be removed from the list, they guy got hateful and told me I hadn't said "please!" Are you kidding me? They rudely call me at all hours of the day and night, and I am expected to say "please?" When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he hung up on me.

These calls stem from a "robo call" program.  Has nothing to do with whether you have a credit card, own Turbo Tax or any other product.  They use a phone dialer that systematically calls numbers in sequence phishing to see if anyone will answer.  When you respond by answering, pressing a number or trying to talk to an operator, it confirms that your number is "live" and they will continue to call you over and over and over again.  Most likely, they are also selling your number to other scammers. The FTC has recently cracked down on callers offering extended warranties.

Saiad they were sorry it took so long to get back to me, and they need me to call them ASAP to lower my Credit Card Intrest rate, However I don't have ANY credit Cards at all, Never have, he knew my name and everything. Very scary
