I've been getting same calls from different numbers (include this number), but all of them are auto warranty related and all of them are from recording. I am wondering what "damage" it could do to us besides the obvious annoyance?

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer. No message. I also used Turbo Tax.

I received this call on my cell phone earlier this morning. I'm in northern Delaware.

I wish these telemarketers would get the clue and not try and call my cell phone. Additionally, I wish they would stop calling me on the weekend.

I answer their questions for a bit and then tell them I have a few questions for them:

Will alpaca farming change my life?
Should I devote my life to grammer?
Should apes be given the right to vote?

So I recieve the call about lowering my interest rate on my credit cards. When I asked which one he stated and visa or master card, because they are the ones that distribute the cards to the banks and they have the contract.  He also stated that the overall interest rate on every credit card is going up next month by 6 or 7 percent.  I asked him what it would cost me to do this and he said virtually nothing the plan pays for itself.  I told him thank you but im not interested.  Which he replied with "Go F@*!" yourself. I did a reverse lookup, not the paid one just the free one, and this is what I found so far.

I would love to shut these guys down, and have them arrested because I recieve this call all the time!!!

first off, the do not call list is very limited in the calls it stops. it will not stop calls from a busines that has any sort of relationship with you and it won't stop calls that aren't specifically to sell something. the nly way to stop those calls is to get on the individual company's do not call list. so just telling them that you are on the federal DNC and hanging up on them usually means you are going to get called back again.

You can't just hang up on them or ignore their calls!! You have to take a seond and ask them not to call you back.

And as far as how they got your number, it doesn't matter if you never give the number to anyone because these companies often use computer programs that come up with random numbers and these numbers could be unlisted or whatever because the computer is basically just trying out all different combinations of numbers.

I get calls from this number and wish they would stop. They never leave a message. It is not from a legitimate company.

Received call from this number.  It was an automated call about lowering the interest rate on one of my credit cards... However it didn't tell me which card company. It told me to press one and then it disconnected.  Pretty sure it's a scam.

I had no clue why these people are calling me. But, for all of you to know the "904" area code is in the coastal region in Flordia. The only way i can figure they got my cell number is i but it on a survey, purchase i made online, or any other online source that i willingly gave my cell number. Now saying that i have always made sure that when giving out my number online that the terms and conditions/security terms state that none of my info would be given out. So if i find out who gave my info out they better be ready to receive a law suit.;

Everytime I get an unknown call I try to google it and all of them so far have landed me to one of these pages...ugh!!!  I get the same thing...maybe we should just go along with it until we can actually talk to a rep (shawna s...love what you said...you go girlie girl!!!).  Hate this and also in the National Do Not Call List...seems like nothing around here ever works...damn.

I also received 3 phone calls from this number. What is with these scams? I dont even have a credit card. I once got a text message saying my credit hard was on hold and to re-activate it i must call a certain number. This is stupid.

yea first time turbotax user this year...now im getting them!

My cell rang, I did not answer. 2 min. later my wifes phone rang, same number.
She did not answer. Went to the web where I found this site. Who is selling our cell numbers?
