Getting calls and hangups from 905-297-4280. It has happened 4 or 5 times now

Calls and it only rings once - just enough to annoy me but not actually allow me to tell them to sod off.  Think I may try and call them back and tell them directly, as I'm on the no call list.  F-ers.

I have been getting calls from this number 905--297-4280 on and off for years now . I have told these people time and time again I am not interested in what they have to offer and to take me off there phone lists  These calls NEVER STOP.

So the only solution is to block the number and just be as they don`t exsist.
They have NO RESPECT or CONSIDERATION for me so WHY SHOULD I HAVE IT FOR THEM.

I got same annoyoing calls as all of you ... ended up talking to one of their marketers asked them to put me on their do not call list... they told me that it would take a while 30 days before it takes effect.  

Here's my solution... I am cancelling all my accounts, visa card, etc with CIBC!  Maybe after losing enough customers they will learn how to treat them better!  I never had this trouble with RBC!

This number has phoned me every day this week at least two times a day. I'm pretty sure it's CIBC but I don't know what they want. I think I answered a long time ago & they might have asked me to get some kind of injury insurance. Whatever the case is, I find it really really annoying.

They've been calling me for 4 days now, this is the conversation:
ME: Hello?
* Silence
Me: Hello?
Them: Hello.
*Silence
Me: .. Hello?
Them: Hello?
Me: can I help you?
Them: yes, good day.

Then I hung up.. they keep calling and I keep ignoring it.. considering changing my number!!

I also get them calling several times a week. I researched it, i came up with them in Hamilton, on. I called back and they are CIBC. Did not pursue further.

My phone says that it's an Ontario Number.  They call everyday but I never pick up.  So frustrating.

Somebody call me from this number and they say they call to give lowest percentage of my credit card master card, and then they ask me if i am interested in to get 7% in the place of 19.99% and when i say yes, I would like to know how to do, they begun to ask to me wich bank and my adress so then I told them I'm not interested because I dont trust you! and I hung up.

The no call list only works for half a year or so. After that it's all over again.

My workaround is to create a new contact, called "Reject it, SCAMS", in my phone book. Then add all telemarketing numbers under this contact. From now on, they are dead to me!

Yesterday I called Collect Corp at least 15 times from pay phones, every time they pick up the phone I make a mouth fart. I made them crazy. I will repeat it every day.

this number is CIBC number! No voicemail no message and you can't call back.

So sick of this number calling me daily.  I answered it today and just put the phone down until they hung up.  These telemarketers are an intrusion on our private spaces.

If you need a good jode file a complaint with the CRTC (no call list) these guys are a joke and a government sanctioned rip off of our tax dollars. I am beginning to wounder who the real crook is?????????

On New Year's Eve now!  We need to outlaw telemarketers and business scams.

This number calls me 5-7 times a week and it is very annoying.  I wish this would stop.

They phoned me a few times this week and I went on this forum. Just phone the number back, press 1 for english, then press 1 for the option to enter your 10 digit number to be added to the do not call list followed by the pound sign.

It says it takes 31 days for them to remove my number so we'll just see if it works.
