They keep calling my number looking for my daughter, she does not know them and does not owe them any money, this is absurd, I am getting sick and tired of them

Michelle Smith called me to collect on a TD loan. I have already dealt with this matter and tried to give her contact info, but she was aggressive and raised her voice. Remember collection agencies do not really identify themselves at first AND are paid to collect all money they can get.

Partners in Credit ha ha ha - no one's partner, phone notes PIC - think initials are misspelled by missing an R after the P.  Also call from 888-730-6333.  See comments under that number.

You're an idiot. I hope a friend of yours, if you have any, puts your number down as a contact number --then goes into debt. Or somebody just chooses your number at random... or you get a new number which use to belong to somebody in debt. Then maybe you will understand.

They too keep calling our house for someone who doesnt even live with us, i know of the person they're looking for but do not socialize with her, darn idiots wont stop calling here? is there someway i can get them to stop calling here?? can i call the police on them??

The 7 years is how long it stays on your credit record.  And if it's not on your credit record it doesn't count anymore.


I don't know why someone would buy debt that is more than 7 years old.  They can only collect through deceit.

I received a call from this number for someone who must have had my telephone number before I had it. The collection agency is for Cogeco Cable

Wowzers!

I got two phone calls (one I was out with my dogs for a quick potty break) and the other I didnt answer.
The calls were 4 mins apart. (As I am typing this out they are calling again) They have left 2 messages (sure to be a 3rd) with 6 mins. Asking for someone I have never heard of. They have the right family name but wrong person. It seems to me that they get "cases" with little information  so they must look in the phone book for random numbers with the same last name? Complete douches. They claim that its a "financial legal matter". Strange. I'll make sure to NEVER answer this call.

Got a call from a Brian Singh from a company called PIC asking for someone I have no clue who she is wanting her to call him back. He's left at least three messages so far. I don't answer calls that I don't know. How do I get these obvious scammers to stop calling?

Ya they called my cell and asked for me by my first name and said they were from PIC and had some great news for me from CIBC President choice credit card....They said they wanted to confirm my birth date and I said i don't give out that info and they said they had it right there and I said then just tell me and I will say yes or no and I Barb said no, how about you give me the month and I will give you the day and you give me the year and I said no....I asked her what my address was and she said all she could say was 6th street....I don't and never have lived on 6th street anywhere....I told her to stop scamming innocent people and not to call me again...bet you $10 she calls me again...super excited to hear what other crap she has to say.

Collection agency scum that will call anybody,,,,dont talk to these jerks.
