I got a call yesterday and today.  They left a message looking for a Jeff Sawyer with a reference number from TD.  I'm not Jeff Sawyer and I have no idea on the reference number.  Then my in laws got the same call yesterday and today.
I dont know if this is legit or a scam.  I'll not answer the phone at all.

This company has been calling me for 2 years asking for a woman I have never heard of. I keep telling them its the wrong number.. they say they are putting it on file. Yet... I still get the calls. Beyond annoying and unprofessional.

These stupid people calls me and said have I received the letter they are from some debt collection I don't have any lol . .and later asking for DOB ..he is a rude I blocked his number...and he tried to call thrice..

These people call me all the time for someone else. I told them you are calling wrong number. But  they still keep calling.  I have just stopped answering and blocked the number.

Help - how can one stop calls from this number?  So annoying!

Why am I receiving a call from this number

I thought it was a scam call but after I called the city of Toronto, turned out we were caught on red light camera, and the debt is legit, feel like I owe them an apology for being rude to them on the phone.

A woman called in the morning and woke me up from my sleep. She had a thick, difficult to understand accent. I hung up. Moments later, she called again and wanted to know why I had hung up and that she will keep calling if I hang up. I told her that I did not want to speak with her. She asked why I did not want to speak with her. Then she asked if I was ******.I said no She asked who I was and I told her that was none of her business.  She then hung up.

Most of them who work here are Indians, and they are scammers.
Block them; even Rogers network gives a warning saying likely spam.

Big time scammers. Don’t provide any personal info.

They have become quite annoying. They claim I owe for a bill and I have said that the last bill sent from that company I paid in full and have the screenshot. They claim I owe nearly triple that amount. I said if a bill was missed then please send an updated statement showing what was missed. They refuse BUT said that they could give me a phone number to call, I tell them I am driving and to email me the number. They get madder and yell at me for being on the phone when driving so I said call me when I'm home at 9, dude says he works until 5 so I said me too dummy. I think they are full of crap

I had started getting calls from them in late Spring from this number (who was a live person) and few other number that were auto generated calls. They left a few voicemails over the summer looking for a couple i do not know of plus i have no dealings with the bank they claimed to call on behalf of. Wrote them a letter and the calls stopped for me right away.
