They called asking for urgent information about my credit card.  This must be a phising scheme.

Glad postings like this happen.  I've been getting calls from this number 929-200-9110 for the third time now.  Our phone ring style tells us when its a out of country type of call so we never ansewer if we dont know the ID calling us.  But just for the hell of it, I typed in this number to Google and this site came up. Very good to know others having the same thoughts.  Keep up the good work.

they called me today, when I asked if they were TD canada trust, they said yes, I am calling about your visa...I said 'you are full of sh@#" and the girl went off on me, I haven't heard that much profanity in a long time!
I called phone busters, they tell me, this company have somehow made themselves 'legit', they will represent you to your credit card company to ask for a lower interest rate of 3.9% and merely charge your credit card $918 for their service, however the credit card companies always say no, but that is not their fault!!lol
I was advised to put in a complaint with the federal trade comission (which I did)
at www.ftc.gov

Live in Toronto, They called about "Reducing My Credit Card Rate", their company name is "CARD SERVICES".

I suspect they are thieves who want to get your credit card # so they can loot your account, Tell them to ****, I did !

How many times do you get a last chance. I am suppose to be on the do not call list and I have even told them to remove my number from their list. They still keep calling, What can I do. It is most annoying

I received a call from this guy.  He does not know that anyone of us are on the no call list because he's either random dailing or he has one of those machines that dials every possible phone number.  He's trying to get credit card numbers.  I could hear his television in the background...  and I swear he was eating something when I spoke to him.   When he asked me if I had pressed 1 to lower my credit card interest, I asked if he knew which credit cards I owned and he hung up.  I will be reporting him to Phone Busters.  These people actually investigate this type of crime.  http://www.phonebusters.com/

Seems to be verizon, outta South Dakota.

Just called the toll-free # for the Mississauga office.  Was put on hold for a few seconds, someone picked up and I asked to be put on their do not call list.  The girl said "We, don't have a do not call list".  I just said "Oh"  LOL!  We had a few seconds of uncomfortable silence and she sounded a bit flustered and said "Ugh, give me your number starting with the area code and we will remove your number"...  WTF?  Isn't that a do not call list? LOL!

We will see if it actually works.  They've been calling (and I don't answer) every day a few times a day as late as 9 pm.

A call came in from this number today, I pressed 1 to speak with somebody.  When they answered I politely asked if I could be taken off their call-list.  They guy hung up on me!  HOW RUDE!  Next time they call - I'm going to politely "sound interested" for about an hour and take up as much of his time as possible before telling him what happened last time and I'm returning the favor!

They call our house, and when you press 1 to ask (for the nth time) to be taken off their calling list, they just hang up. Next time they call, I'm going to press 1, then when the [***]/b*tch answers, blow my referee's whistle *HARD* into the phone, and hang up.

Same as above and on several occasions I have asked them to stop calling as I am on the National Do Not Call List but they refused and hung up on me.  I called and reported them...I recommend you all do the same as this needs to stop, they are rude and have absolutely no regard for people's privacy!U

Number calls every other day. I thought the National Do Not Call list is supposed to help get rid of this crap! Wish I could figure out how to block these numbers from calling me!!

I usually disconnect, as soon as I hear their record, and do not waste time on them.
Occasionally though, when I am in the right mood, I press the # and the * buttons on my phone for many times. Someone wrote it might interfere with their system.

These guys call me daily.  I always give them a fake credit card number.. then they say sorry sir this is not showing valid.. and I say I used it this morning. Then they say ok read it to me again and again and then their supervisor and then I ask them if they are using a workstation with MS WINDOWS? and they say "yes we are". I say "ok you probably have a virus and you should switch to Mac or Linux.
Then I tell them to go F*** themselves and get a real job.
