keeps calling, but leaves no message, or when answering doesn't say anything

Number shows up on caller ID but never leaves a message.

I'm sick of these people still calling me constantly when my name is on a no-call list!

I am getting these calls daily, all sorts of times of the day and night and it is getting to a point of HARASSMENT! I have requested them to take my number off their list but they do not seem to understand & keep calling any ways.  This is insane.

They keep calling my mother, and she is very elderly and frightened and confused by their calls.  I want the calling stopped immediately.  I have both her number and mine on the Do Not Call registry, so there is no excuse for this.

RSR SCARBOROUGH IS A SURVEY COMPANY, ACCORDING TO THEIR MESSAGE WHEN THE CALL IS RETURNED THEY ARE A TELEVISION, RADIO, NEWSPAPAER SURVEY COMPANY TAKING SURVEYS FOR LACAL BUSINESSES, PERSONALLY I BELIVE THIS COMPANY IS HIRED BY THE ST. LOUIS POST DISPATCH TO TRY TO SELL NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIPTIONS AND OR DISH/CABLE TV. THEY CALLED MY HOME 3 TIMES ON 11/28/2007 THE LAST TIME AT 9.48 PM. THEY ARE RELENTLESS IN THEIR EFFORTS.

Yes it is a survey company.  I do not answer their continous calls and they hang up once the message machine picks up.  The last call was on 11-30 but they seem to call every single day.  If this doesn't bother you then let them continue to waste their time.  I also am on the do not call list and plan on making a complaint.

our phones rings the same time each day with the phone number 941-379-1954..no message is ever left on our answer machine. Wish it could be stopped...

I threatened to file charges with the police if they called again. They said they would take my number off their list, but I'm contacting the Sarasota and Manatee county sheriff and reporting them anyway. That's where the number's area code is from.

They have been calling me for months. I am on the do not call list and I have caller ID. They call 3 and 4 times a day, 7 days a week, and late at night. I have to turn off my rings when I go to bed because of them. I asked them to take me off their list and to stop calling me; nothing works with these people!. I told them they are harrassing me and disturbing the peace, and somebody needs to sue them. I literally curse them out and they keep calling back.

I made the mistake of talking to them once and they never stop calling, I feel like I am being harassed.  This has been going on for weeks and weeks.  I didn't give them my last name or address but they sent me a post card to check them out on the web. Thank God for caller ID

They called me today, but no one seemed to be on the other line. Hope they do not call again.

I have no earthly idea how these people got my cell phone number but its driving me up the wall.....they just keep calling at all hours no matter how I protest. I am so sick of these people calling every day...all day..and all hours of the night...I am on the "Do Not Call List" but that does not seem to matter to these people....Somebody needs to stop these people now

I did file a complaint but they're not officially selling anything.  It's a survey so there's not really any laws around it.  I also get called 3-4 times a week and have tried asking as polite as possible.  I've never yelled at them or anything.  It's crazy that a business can just keep calling you after being told not to.  I do wish there was something that could be done.

They just called again and said they just wanted to do a research survey, I assume this is a way of getting around various laws and those,  like me, who are on a no call list.

Has anyone done anything that has actually worked on getting them to stop calling? I just got the first call a few minutes ago and it's LATE. Too late for phonecalls anyways. Are they going to keep calling??

Call their # 800-753-6043 and leave 10,000 obscene messages like i have for the past week. It makes me feel better.

Well got them calling them too and I am returning the fun by using the 800-753-6043 number.

They call every night, as late as 9:50 PM.  I am on the do not call list also but that was not working so I filed a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
