Keep getting calls from this number, when i answer there is no one there

Several calls a day every day for months now. Always get one after 9:15pm at night. This is atrocious

This number keep calling me (941-379-1954) and don't lives a message when I don't answers.

They call constantly.  I just don't answer.  Not the end of the world.

I had to call my phone company and have them blocked!

oh, and I reported them to the BBB

Been awhile but called again. Leaves no message.Caller ID only shows the phone number with no name.

IVE COMPLETED THE SURVEY AND I RECIEVED 2 DOLLARS BUT I WAS AFFRAID TO TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL WHICH WAS TO INSTALL SOMETHING AT HOME I DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT WAS A GOOD IDEA BUT WHO KNOWS...

Called three times in rapid succession today around 11:30 AM. Number is already on my blocked list, so it bounced each time.

Finally able to speak to a Scarborough employee that doesn't keep interrupting while attempting to explain some of us work odd shifts and don't appreciate being woke up.
Please post your home phone number so all of us can call you at all hours of the day/week.
The whole world does not revolve around your petty surveys.

I did the survey the girl was real sweet it took about 8 minutes but felt like 3 hours. Supposedly there sending me a check for $5 bucks for completeing the survey I'm sure ill never see that but I will let everyone know if I do

they call day and night, last night at 9:48 pm, they are a survey company. My phone number is unlisted so I know it is a robocall.

They've called twice a day for a couple of weeks. Tonight I answered...
Her: Hello sir, my name ____ with Scarborough (Nielsen) Research....
Me (low deep voice): What are you wearing?
Her: Excuse me?
Me: What are you wearing?
Her: I'm sorry sir, I'm not allowed to answer that.
Me:  Something low cut?
Her: I'm sorry?
Me: Something low cut?
Her: I'm sorry sir, I'm not allowed to answer that.
Me: Are you wearing a thong?
Her: What?
Me (soft and slow): Are you wearing a thong?
Her (agitated) Sir I'm going to have to hang up now!
Me: No... No.... Wait! Wait!

If she had't hung up, I was planning to ask her to guess what I was holding in my hand, that would have ended it.
(the real answer: a spoonful of chocolate frozen yogurt...)
Nielsen says their callers don't have info on the numbers they call. So how do they call the same number twice a day for two weeks? Will the fact that the call was finally answered end their calls to my number, probably.
Why are polling or "research" companies allowed to call random numbers repeatedly? Politics, and the the money or services they provide to politicians.
