I called Scarborough RSR's 800 number, you receive a recorded message and it states they will call you back!!!!  I used *67 so that they may not have my return call on file.

I answered the phone when they called because I didn't know who it was. I wish I never did it but to late now. I don't care right now if they called or not. But i wouldn't like for them to call anymore. will they?

I got a $1 bill in the mail to complete their survey and I never returned their call for their stupid survey either

They have called my number several times. I never answer since I screen all of my calls. They finally left a message on my answering machine and identified themselves as Scarborough Survey. On there message they said they would keep calling because my opinion is very important to them. Fortunatly I have the ability to block unwanted calls, so I have added them to my blocked callers list. I am not sure why they are calling my number since it is listed on the no call list.

I've been getting multiple calls from this number. I found this info online, and have called to ask them to remove me. We'll see if they stop.
Why can't the interviewer who called me
take my name off the list?
For data security reasons, the interviewer has no access or ability to change any information in the system. I'm sure you can appreciate, that we want to avoid any situations where interviewers are changing data for the wrong reasons. So we ask the consumer to call 1-800-753-6043 or to E-mail our Web site, to verify that it is really you asking for the change. We appreciate your cooperation in getting your request fulfilled.

Can't they transfer me to the right number? Interviewers are connected to outbound lines only and have no ability to switch or transfer calls

Since they wont leave a message on the answering machine I wont pick the phone

They keep leaving messages, assuring me they are not trying to sell me anything, but I screen all calls; report them to the donotcall.gov site, eventually they'll get tired of 'em.

These scumbags call repeatedly and refuse to stop. They don't care about the individuals they are harassing or even whether or not they collect clean data for their customers. I would encourage every individual and corporate representative that reads this to avoid doing any business with these pieces of crap. And if you are being harassed like me there is something you can do.
Here's a list of all the exec's at Scarborough. Please email them over, and over, and over with helpful suggestions like that they all die of cancer. Have fun!

So sorry that your employees have to have a quota for contacts. They are rude and they do not take no for an answer. I kindy did the phone survey that the fellow said would only take 10 minutes, but actually took 25. At the end they said they would send me a further survey, I told them, "NO and I will not fill it out". I repeated myself serveral times. Asked for my name to be removed. Got a call after I did not return the survey. I told the man that I was very, very clear that I did not want the mailed survey. They mailed me another one. Very rude. I do not care if they have to get a certain amount of responses, they need to take my no as no. My next step is to make a formal complaint with the BBB and report them to the Coral Springs, FL police department.

It's Scarborough Research. The calls can get annoying but hey, they've sent me $15 in cash for answering surveys so I'm not going to complain.

let me get this straight, you get telephoned too much and now you want people to die of cancer?  wow, you must be a real treat to meet in person.  Do wish the same for the usps because of all the junk mail you get? honestly, its a phone ringing.. block the calls do whatever you want with your phone, but wishing someone would die because another person from their company called you too much?  please...

i called my service provider-- ATT-- they said, dont answer phone call.  Immediately press *57.  That will alert the AT&T people to put in a report of harrassing calls.  Then follow up by calling them at 1-888-966-6222.  They will start an investigation.

So, a little bit of work, but maybe it will help!
If you don't have ATT, call your service provider and ask how to block specific phone calls.
Make sure to tell them that the "normal route" does not work.... for instance I already have "call block" on my phone for all telemarketing.....

Heh, jack them around.  They want to do a survey and ask 2 questions.  They ask if you or anyone works for a newspaper, cable company, phone company, etc.  Tell them yes and they tell you you can't do the survey (oh, what a heartbreak!).  Everytime the caller makes a statement, question why the caller needs to be monitored for quality control.  Heh, heh, heh,  payback's are FUN!!!!  Waste their time; their time is money.  For me it's cheap fun!

Keeps calling at all hours and never leaves a message. Last evening they caled at 9:30pm

I checked my caller ID last night and this company called my house 3 times in 15 minutes! I called the number back and got a recording, and then they called my house today. I asked the representative to take me off of their call list and she said that they don't have one they just call numbers at random. I asked her how it was possible to randomly call me 3 times in 15 minutes and she said well if you answer these 3 questions for me I'll tell you. I lost it! cursed her out and hung up! This company is out of control!

There are still numerous companies that are allowed to phone you, whether or not your number is on the Do Not Call List. They include registered charities, political parties, newspapers and polling, surveys or market research companies. Also, companies you have an existing relationship with can call you for a certain number of months afterward, depending on the relationship.

They have called us every day for a couple of wweks. We don't answer, but that doesn't deter them.

The caller is extremely rude and persistent.  Called twice after 8PM.  Hopefully the Coral Springs Police Department is willing to help us to stop this company from calling.
