I am on the no call list and this company/person is in clear violation. So who do I report it to? The States Attorney General? I'd like to take more action than venting on the internet while still receiving calls from this number. I believe this company has hacked Facebook accounts to get new numbers with offers of testing products or some other B.S. and calling the sucker (me) over and over. If everyone sent a complaint to the Attorney General in your respective state it might be enough for the AG to make them honor the no call list or fine them.

I got  a call from 954-414-7313 there was nothing then i tried to call back and still nothing but using up my minutes on my pre paid phone.

I received a call from them just today. The man claimed that I had won a 1000 dollar shopping spree on the internet. He asked to verify my address, age, my occupation, and where I went to school. I told him. He then said that I would receive a certificate for the money in 3-5 business days. No one ever just gives you 1000 dollars. And he was not able to tell me where I had signed up. He said freebies something. It just did not sound all that professional... If they were going to award me something shouldn't they know that information? I do not even remember signing up for something like that but I do fill out alot of forms and stuff to get free samples and coupons. I don't know whether or not to buy into it. If they have my name and address and all of that stuff are they just trying to steal my identity? I wish I knew...

Ou are getting this call, because you signed up online for something...(free sample, free coupons...etc) and the company you signed up with SOLD your contact information.

If you want your number removed, all you have to do is answer the next time they call, and continuously hit the # key until the line disconnects....this will remove your number from their call list.

I have received this call multiple times in the past week. I have not entered any contests or anything. I cannot answer at the times that they call. They never leave a message and just continue to call over and over. I am sure that this is some type of scam or scheme.

Called my cell phone but left no message

I got two calls yesterday I thought it might be a reasponse on my job applications to i called back no anwser then they called me back two times and agian twice today. They call and I aswer the phone calls and no one talks back. I got fed up with it  today and just got done blocking the number.

rcvd call from 'qotient corp' but didnt ans.  I did call back but it said disconnected. looked up on Google and found this site. I think I ans survey for Golden Corral the other day and TRIED to sign up for something on CouponMom but I thought I was unsuccessful so Xed out. only option I can figure out is to report it to FCC!!

Just received this call about 1 minute ago. the man stated he was a reporter and that i won 1000$ shopping spree free of charge. he also stated to receive my gifts and spend the money i would have to go to " www.selectyourgift.com " i immediately went to the site and it is a false site. he then proceeded to ask for my name my occupation and education history. he started with my age and i said "19". my response was "oh, you have to be 20 to do this" and then an immediate hang up. please catch this guy thanks. :D

Called me 3 times - first two didn't catch  - no message.  third time i answered and heard a guy say something about you don't have to do that if there's no magazines.  obviously same creature.  I saved the number as 'SCAM' so i know not to answer or worry if i miss it,

I got a call from the same number, he called at 8:00 pm which is 9:00pm in fort lauderdale(the area code where he called from)which is strange . saying the same thing about a 1000 dollar online shopping spree. , he asked me my age, what i did for a living and if i was married. he said he was gonna mail information to my house,which he must already have my address because i never gave it to him. He also said that he was new and another person was going to call me back to make sure he explained correctly. about a half hour after i hung up with him ,the number called back but i was at work so i couldnt see what they wanted. Its weird but all i know is someone tries identity theft with me and it will be ON!!

I received my first phone call from this number today. I never answer numbers I do not know, I just look online to see who it may be. I see that the shopping spree/gift card scam seems to be common among everyone leaving comments. I received a text messages 2 days prior from a number stating the same thing. We'll see if this number continues to call me...........

They seems to be bogus to me. They called and asked for a Charity Wilkes and then called back and asked for Charity Wilkins. Neither of which is my name. I refused to tell him who he was talking to and he then asked what state I lived in. i told him he should know that since he called me, I didn't call him. He got all nasty and told me we had to "straighten this out." I hung up on him. He called back again today (Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010). i dunno how he got my cellular number, but I am seeing a trend among the posters here that he has somehow obtained a list with everyone's cellular number.

does anyone know if they are stealing identity? i had the same 1000$ online shopping spree/magazine free trial thing. They had my name and adress and stuff. The only thing I have ben entering online have been to scholarship givaways. Should I be worried, or is ther anything i can do?
