calls 5 times a day. leaves no message.

I do not know how they got my cell phone number and I see most of the people here got called from there cell phone number too. They called twice today. I answered the second call telling me I won $1000. I do not believe on winnings especially by phone so I said NOT INTERESTED at once after I heard the $1000 and hung up at once.   I just want to know how they got all these  cell phone numbers from the people complaining  here. Never did I write my cell phone in any website because I have only limited minutes.  Plus all my phone numbers are on the "Government DO NOT CALL LIST"

I am also getting text that to log in to www.giftconfirm.com that i won a free gift.  No return phone number, just shows  448-47

How did this people got my cell phone number.

I got one of these messages also.Mine was a text. I bet people fill out forms and just make up cell numbers. We are the numbers that people make up!?........that's all I can think of. I'm going to see if I can block it from my phone.

have gotten call several times, sometimes many many times in one day.  I have never answered.  They never leave a message.  This last time call was at 8pm local time, and I was in class.  I called back this time and got the message that says the mailbox is full and cannot accept any more.  If we have the national do not call list, especially for our cdell phones, then how do these people get away with this?

They called, said I won 1000 from some survey I never took... Soooo SCAM

Don't give info, don't even bother answering...

This number is coming up on my cell phone twice a day now.  It's very irritating!  I don't anser but wish there was a way to block them!

Verizon Wireless is my carrier and I was able to go to the website and block the number!

Go to your online cell phone account.  I have Verizon and was able to go on line and block the number!

Got a text saying I won a gift told me to go to www.giftconfirm.com. No phone number only shows 44847.

They call me 2 times a day for 3 days they didn't leave a message and i dont reconize this number nor the area code after i didn't answer i started getting calls from a private number and i really don't answer those.

They called one of my family members actually. Luckily for her, she was sleeping and didn't get the call until she saw that it was a missed call. Well, I was recently robbed a few weeks ago up in northern Florida. They took my cell phone and my aunt's cell phone. I know that the robbers used my phone to call a land-line in Fort Lauderdale (similar location) as well as calling the contacts on my aunt's phone. So, this is what I think. That those robbers are affiliates with these scammers and got my relative's cell number from my old cell phone, or the robbers sell phone numbers from the contacts to the scammers. Obviously, it seems interconnected with the strings of robbers and identity theft incidents all over northern Florida along I-75.

I am also getting calls from this number, as well as a text message that said to claim my prize at www.giftconfirm.com.

Please let me know if you find out anything.

I just had the same thing happen.  They said it was part of publishers clearing though.  Almost gave them my cc number but told them I was broke due to just starting a new job.  They asked if they could call back at a later date.

Same exact thing has been happening to me.  Everyday at the same times about 3 or 4 times a day they call.
Spoke or listened yesterday while a man told me I had won $1,000 with no catch.  Wanted my job information, hung up immediately.  
I don't know what these people are trying to do, but it is NOT legit.  Don't ever give out your information, it's silly.  Scamming [***]!
