Call you cell phone provider, there may be a way that they can block.  I know Verizon wireless can block requested phone numbers.

That is the name of the telephone carrier that provides telephone service, not the name of the business using that number.

I keep getting phone calls from this number. I have gotten the message "if you want to be put on our do not call list please leave your number after the beep." SO I have left my number and they continue to call me. I do not understand why they continue to call.

Called but left no message. Called today and yesterday.

Just received a call from this number and they said "Hello Lucy" and I responded who's speaking...they hung up immediately. I made the mistake of doing a shopper survey on the weekend, since then, my email has been bombarded with sweepstakes, prizes, free services and literally hundreds of junk mail in the past 2 days. Obviously, this info is shared with affiliates and the unwanted contact begins..

I have gotten a call twice today! I don't answer numbers that I don't know ESPECIALLY from a area code I don't know! They are wasting their time:o)

I have had really good luck reporting scams to the FCC.  They answered right away and told me some things I could do to make things very uncomfortable to these jerks.  Also, you can sign up on the do not call registry and they are a huge help with bogus credit/collections.

They have been calling for weeks. To start they would just hang up. Then, I would hear chatter of a call center for awhile before they hung up. A week ago they said it was about online education, I said I was on the do not call list and to remove me. They just called again and i could not make out where he said he was calling from (thick foreign accent) could have been savings vantage, student advantage or none of those. I told them to remove me again.

I called lvl3 communications from the number on the website. They said it wasn't their number, that it was hosted by Bandwidth.com and gave me a number. I called bandwidth.com who walked me through sending a complaint to their legal department on their website. Go to the bottom of the homepage, click on Legal (under about). Click on 'possible AUP violation' and fill in the information.
