they sent me an email told me to claim my prize here 1`000 dollar gift caRD FROM WALMART it was from <allegorizationsrecombinational@bibledailyverses.com

I went to Florida about a week ago.  Since I've been back I've gotten called 4 times by this number.  I picked up and they hang up right when I pick up.  They keep calling, but never leaving messages.

OK here is what you all have to do (as I have been getting these calls numerous times per day as well and am on the Do Not Call list). If you call the number the recording says the company's name is Internet Marketing Partners. I called PacWest (who the phone number is registered to via whitepages.com).  PacWest was kind enough to give me the 3rd party who actually owns this phone number.  They are a company called Level 3 Communications (www.Level3.com).  I called their number and put in a major complaint with them.  They verified that 954-414-7313 is owned by them and they are going to call the number first to verify that someone is on the other end as they know who the owner of that number is and then investigate further as to the rudenss, unprofessionalism and sheer moronic ways these people are calling.  I told him to go to 800notes.com and whocalls.us and check out all the comments that are being writen about this and how these people are in breach calling people that are listed on the Do Not Call list.  So the more people that call this company and complain the more incentive it will give them to either take this number back from whoever owns it, shut it off or find out if the number itself is being spoofed onto people's caller ID's.  I can guarantee you the people on the other end are probbly some stupid foreigh call center phishing.  So please call them.- the more complaints this company gets, the more prompting it will give them to investigate and conclude this issue.Caller: Internet Marketing Partners

A scam told me I won a 1000 wal-mart gift card to get my information,

# phone calls and no message left- 1 text- I do not know who it is- if they don't leave a message- it must not be important!

I get calls all the time. I listened to one until they needed postage fees to send me my money that I won. I tried to give them a prepaid Visa card number but they insisted that it had to be my bank card only. Hello, do they really think people are that stupid?

got a call from this number too today...i didnt answer...kinda creepy i think that they are calling all our cells...

This is a scam - received phone call from very unprofessional person who made noises similar to "Pat" from SNL : "You're not interested in this offer? hmmmmm, why not?" It was very odd, and just to be polite, I listened for about a minute.  Now I am receiving texts from all different numbers about "claimimng my prize"  Apparently, they gave my number to all of their scamming friends, and now I am paying for their text messages.  All of this happened after I partially filled out a form on the walmart website for a raffle of a gift card.  I didn't even finish it, but had entered my phone number.

I thought I was on the Ellen DeGeneres website (it looked official) and there was a contest to enter. Lo and behold I won something. I started filling out my information and then I spotted that there would be a charge of $9.99 a month to my cell phone from a company called ModernText. I declined but shortly thereafter received a text to which I replied stop. I have received numerous emails from various companies and now the phone call. He mentioned my recent win with ModernText and how I now could win even more Prizes. I asked the name of his company which is Publishers something or other (he would not repeat it) located in Florida. I told him I would add them to the lawsuit and he told me to have a nice day and hung up. I can only assume that this company takes your information and sells it to telemarketing places. I went to ModernText website and sent this e-mail: “Please note that this is my request to not receive and/or be charged for whatever fine product that I did not authorize in the first place. If there is any kind of charge to my phone please be alerted that I will contact my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general, Ellen DeGeneres, the local TV stations and whoever else I deem necessary. You have a bogus website that proposes to be the Ellen DeGeneres site but instead signs people up unwillingly for your service. You cannot legally force a service on people (and charge for it) or they will act like a pit bull and attack.” Amazingly enough when I went to check for the “bogus Ellen” site today (Tuesday) it was there at 8 and gone after 9.

this number has called me twice. they said my name then i asked who i was calling, and they said...the publishing company. it was weird. they called on my cell phone. other numbers have been calling too.

They call my cell phone and hand up when i answer. Call back and they claim the do not call mailbox is fullmamd hang up on you.

i get a call from this # everyday. I never answer

i also recieved texts and phone calls too from theses people. told to go to giftconfirm.com to claim my gift of 1000.00 visa gift card. today recieved a text to got here to claim $50 bux in cpoupons at pizza hut for  a survey i did that came to my yahoo.email. on pizza at pizzahut.  i just knew this was going to be a bunch of malarcky bullsjit like every other survey company who tells u u get paid to take surveys....

I got the same text from www.giftconfirm.com- I am (707) area code. I don't get why either????

Keep getting this call on my cell. No one says anything. I have not tried to call them back. Did a search and all I can learn is it's a land line in Ft. Lauderdale.

I also received these text.My daughter told me to reply with STOP.I havnt gotten any since.Good luck
