Bob, this is how he does it, When he dials your # from a private phone, your phone automatically sends the message that you do not accept unavailable calls and to enter the correct phone number. You can dial whatever you want and thats what will show up on your caller ID!!!

I answered and it was a recorded message saying it was verifying the number was active.  I no longe answer any 000 calls.

Got Called Today I Said Hello 3 Time They Never Answer Me At All

I'm located in Virginia and today from about 1pm - 4pm, I kept getting calls from # 000-000-0000 and they just hang up when i ask who it is. Last night they did the same. I want them to STOP! I do water/sewage work so I don't even know why they call, they could at least say something. HELP!

I get the same thing and all theyis hello and my name. Its creepy

do not call 5194521762 or 5194380027 and tell that to the reast of the people that call with the number 000 000 000

Stop Calling

Got this call 4 times in 10 minutes I finally answered no one on the line...line was open for a short while, then when dead.  Auto call of some kind, tried to call them back with a 1-000- and was told that I didn't need to dial the 1 so I tried without and got the operator that said if this is an emergency call 911.

The same thing happened tome last week!

We constantly get that phone call too from 000 0000. They say they are the Province of Alberta Business Development "Agency or Office"  and ask if we've moved yet. When I say they called yesterday or that we're no moving, they hand up on me. They call almost every day!

I keep getting calls from this number. I tried to call back but got the message "Your call can not be completed as dialed". They have tried to call me 10 times today in the last 4 hours and will not leave a message.

Had 4 calls from this caller today, and regularly get them other days. The only time I answered it, it disconnected.  I even tried that trick of pressing hash several times to delete my number.  I'm worried it might be one of those that charges your phone account when you answer. Anyone know who it is?

after numerous calls from this number I answered and was told that it was Windows calling and that my computer was in danger of crashing but not to worry as they had technicians that could deal with it . I hung up

Got this call tonite with the # 1-000-000-0000 and a man with and Indian accent said he was from Microsoft and said my computer may be infected with malware that my Norton software would not protect me from. He said he wanted me to get on my computer so he could check it out....I knew something was not right so I asked him what exactly he was selling and wanted and he assured me he was not selling anything but needed to check my computer. I hung up on him, did a little research and found out this is a scam. Beware!!

I just received a phone call from the 0 man, about a gas card. I asked him how was Pakistan? He said no mam I'm here in the United States. No you are in Pakistan. I asked him if he knows what  4 1 9 FRAUD means, he hung up. I was on the internet all weekend looking at different things about SCAMS, FRAUDS. How they can get away with it, what country's are doing this. You would not believe ALL the country's! Go to : nevadadec.com, internetfraud.com. There are so many web sites out there you can find and look at about these SCAM'S. If you have the time just go look. Instead of getting mad, just ask them how is Pakistan? Then tell them things that will make them REALLY MAD. I know they will STOP calling! They did me. I wish they would put SCAM in with Call Type.

I have recently gotten calls from 000-000-0000 at 11:12am today and at 12:49pm. I do not know the company's name and do not have the area code from where they are calling from. I did not pick up the first time they called, but picked up the second time. When I picked up the phone I said hello and they said hello and hung up 9 seconds later. Please inform me about who or what is calling me. Thanks.
