So tired of this # calling and all of a sudden a rash of unknown #'s calling,  i will not pick up, this only encourages their calls, and most likely if i called back, my # although blocked can show up on their system.  So I am now going to start aswering these calls with an air horn, yup thats right, instead of a hello, im going to give them an ear full once and for all.

I have been getting calls from this so called number for the past few weeks or so.  Comes up as Out of Area on my Caller ID.  This usually starts a little after 8 AM and off and on all day until 9 PM.  Usually no message is left but today one was. The name the recording asked for was garbled, I couldn't understand it.  Then a live person came on the lne, left a message to call Kelly (sounded like a British accent) from some collection agency and to please call her at the 800 number she gave. My pen gave out so I wasn't able to write down the name.  I'd already erased the message so I couldn't get the number. I don't answer or return calls from numbers I don't recognize.

I've been getting calls from 000-000-0000, I finaly decided to answer it, someone claiming to be from Mitt Romney and wanted a donation, when I told them I had a 100 $ check in a Mitt Romney envelope ready to be mailled she still insisted she could take it over the phone, sounds like a scam.

Well we don't have any passed due bills, no any other company mad at us for anything.  My husband says it's a political caller, and I believe he is right, because I got a call asking me to listen to a political conference call, which I did, and it was directly after I hung up that these 000-000-0000 calls began.  If political candidates at any level would stoop to such harrassment, we need to find out who they are and NEVER vote for them.  Just my opinion.  There's only one candidate that's been tricking us since being elected, so that's who I believe it is.

I have been receiving calls from 000-000-0000 more and more.  I answered and was told that I could get some software for a great deal due to the fact that a company had an over shipment.  When I told the guy on the other end that I did not have a computer he called me a liar!  I hung up and he called back and started screaming at me that I was a liar!  I asked him not to call and he kept calling. I told him that my internet access is through my phone and I do not have a computer.  I had to turn off my ringer.  I called the phone company and was told that the 000-000-0000 #  is used by many companies trying to get around the telemarketing rules.  I have no idea how they can get away with this......any ideas how to block this would be helpful.  Why can't the phone companies put a stop to these marketers using these dummy #'s?
