These t***ers phoned at 1.56 in the morning in December............can you believe it........reported it to the police and to the anti-fraud people as I had experience of them a while ago under a different number, please beware of WINDOWS SERVICE CENTRE!! Grrrrrrrhhhhhhh!!!

An update to this is that they are still calling every single day.  After 17 calls in one morning after Christmas, I did report them to ACTION FRAUD, if as many people as possible do this, then hopefully something can be done.  This is harassment!

This was another scamming call from a technical dept!!!! saying that someone was hacking into my computer. I strung them along for ages by saying that it was slow to switch on, doing updates etc and then that the whole screen had turned blue. Fed up with these calls.

I received a call from 00501 this morning at 9 a.m.  the caller purporting to be "Windows" and saying that I had a virus on my computer and would  I put my computer on so that he could make adjustments!  Of course I refused, and put the phone down.  How are these people able to get away with this?

They must use these numbers on a cyclical basis judging by the old dates here.  Just received a call. Waiting for answer machine they hung up.  I will bar it but my bar only holds 30  numbers so fills up in about two weeks with these nuisance people

this number rang on the 6.2.13. 8.10am saying that they were microsoft wanting information out of my computer so that they could repair it

These guys have phones me none stop over and over again ! One week they are a computer virus scam company, then they are ppi claim people, and then they are someone to do with the banks claiming I've over payed in payments to the bank !!!! Nothing you can do will stop them !!! I've phoned the police but the police said they don't have the time the money or resources to look into it !!!! It's getting me down !!! Today they phoned me on 05011 number this time an Asian guy called Kevin ( hahaha) phoned me and told me I had over payed my bank in charges and that I was entitled to up to £1500 back ....when I asked him which bank I was with he got aggressive , he has threatened me and my children and said he knew where I lived and that he would not cause me harm as long as I did as he said !!! He then said he wanted to kill me with his c**k , and was using sexually explicit terms I won't go into too much detail !!! There seems to be a specific group of them that focus on the women and use threats or frightening tactics to get around them !!! Please be aware !!! As a result of this phone call I'm terrified ! As I have young children !!! Who knows what they are capable of when they have your details !!! Your address , phone number and name !! Makes me feel sick !! And yet the police don't want to know !!!! It's awful!!!!!

Tell them where to go in no uncertain terms.. or do what I did..

Pretend to do what they say and string them along for xyz lenghth of time.. then say I cannot find any of these windows areas that you are talking about.. are you sure it's on my LINUX desktop computer.. lol

You may as well piss their day off and have a laugh as well at their expense, my time out was 35 minutes, before they caught on.. thicko's or what!

Needless to say I haven't had a call from 'em since :)

called on my company mobile at 7.48pm no-one there when answered.

Just heard my work mobile ring at 9.45 on a Friday night guess it might be a scam as it only rang a few times and no message left

Had a call from this number yesterday evening, answered and no one there... Sure the problem with my computer will still be here tomorrow!

9 calls in a day (and counting!!) from this number!! , it was months ago when I last received calls from them, and then I actually got to speak to someone, instead of just a terminated call like I'm getting now when I answer. I did ask them to remove me off their lists last time, guess that didn't work then, lol.:D Through my experiences with them in the past, this number must be an auto dialler from abroad used by loads of foreigners for loads of cold calls/scams etc. Hopefully they'll give up on me again soon for a while :D

Had call from this number at 1pm this morning, not happy thought something had happen to one of my family members, having phone ring at that time, when I pick up, they put it down, wish I knew their number, so could return the call.

3.45am this morning 00501 phoned and woke us all, giving us a terrible fright.

We have had 2 calls in the early hours of the morning the last being at 1am on the 20th Feb 2013, which was annoying to say the least as we had our young grandchildren staying with us.
We immediately dialed 1471 and advised the callers no. was 00501.
How do we stop this from happening again?

4.20 am on 20th February 2013,  rings then when answered no one speaks!!! not funny in the middle of the night.

received a call about 5.45 evening , with a Indian type speaking bloke telling me he was investigating problems with my PC and I told him to P...ss off what a load of cr..p .. put the phone down , he only phoned me again telling me that I had put the phone down on him and |I told him again to P.ss off , so he did .. fake phone call  , I shocked my husband as I dont usually say things like that but I am sick of everything that seems to just be able to go on in this country !!

I haven't heard from these people for months, they call themselves Health PCOnline. As soon as I heard this Indian guy with an English name tell me he was from this company I said "you can f*** off" and hung up. They have in the past become very abusive and even hysterical when I've refused to follow their instructions. The guy today was trying very hard to sound official and authorative.

Just had a call from this number.  Answered it as I just happen to be working from home today.  There was no response on the other end, just a faint groan and then talking in the background.  Was quite unnerved initially as I was worried it might have been an unwell family member trying to get to the phone. When I did 1471, I was relieved to find that that it was this nuisance number. Wish these people wouldn't do things like this.
