00501

This is a VOIP number. Any calls made from outside India using a calling card bought in U.S, U.K, Australia, etc shows this number. And the odd timing maybe due to the fact that the person has not taken the efforts to check the timing of the country he is calling into. Also these VOIP networks are very crappy and you need to make 2-3 attempts before the call goes through successfully. No Phone Scam or anything!!!!

CALLED 2 TIMES DDNT ANSWER
PROB THEY'RE AFTER PERSONAL INFO e.g BANK ACC INFO ...etc

Had a call from 00501 today at 15:44, I amswered the phone but no one spoke. After about 10 seconds the line went dead.
Any ideas?

I live in the netherlands and I'm called several times by two phone numbers this week +501 and a phone number from nepal +9779742009354 I did not awnser the calls because in i dont trust the caller and i wil advise everybody do not awnser phone calls with strange or blokked nummers and inform your phonecompany

I sent an Enquiry to Portsmouth's University website (http://www.port.ac.uk/). Then I got a call from (00501) at 06:00 AM, a Lady spoke to me about the University and if I wanted an online program.

00501- its a number of azerbezan(Russia). As i got call 4m it.

this number 00501 called me 4 or 5 times, when i answered in the second time no body speak.

some one called from this number
he said his name was akhil ,an talked about pron
i want to get him killed

Call came from Investment agency (for investing money on the US-market)... wasn't interested so the caller made it short...

got call from this number at 9:30 AM IST. When I attended the call, got call ended. Don't know who is the caller and why he called me.

I too got a missed call from this number at 10:17am today, I don't know who was that? Do any of you guys have an idea about it?

Getting abusive calls from the number
