just recieved 2 calls from this number in eire but went straight to answer machine with no message. probably some con to make you call back to a premium ££££ call centre. quick search reveals: Belize International ISD Country Code is 00501.

00501 plz telllll me who call me this no...... and no budy speak to me .....

Have received 3 or 4 calls from this number since yesterday.  As soon as you pick up they hang up.  Not impressed.

Got a call from this number, apparently no one on the other end and then they hung up - i'm registered with the telephone preference service my phone line's supplied by with virgin media and ex directory....maybe it is virgin media giving out customers numbers

A friend I know well who stays in new jersey in the US has called me from this number a few times. I assume its a calling service or internet calling service there. Nothing to worry about. But its best to be careful about what you say when answering for the first time.

received a call from this number two days in a row at the time of 12:30 AM, don't know who is the caller and why called me..?

had calls from this number at my house and also my office number. office number went to answering service and cut off only 1 sec into message, so clearly who/what ever was calling was a cold call I'd say. don't know what it is.

i rand eircom about it, some scammers in sri lanka telling you something is wrong with your pc
and offering to repair online if you give them your credit card details, DO NOT  under any circumstances give your number to them, they are under investigation at the moment, 00501 rang many times since and yes on answering, no one on the line,

got a call frm this number saying that its a loan company can any one say is it a loan company

I got a call from these people they told me they were from microsoft n that my computer was under attack with a virus and that I needed 2 follow some instructions next thing I new every thing was getting copied from my lap top thru had 100/ conroll over my computer after speaking 2 the police ItIS A BIG SCAM THey hack copy every thing be aware all my pics ova kids have also bin copied over 2 them !!!!!!!!!!!

I've just had a call from these clowns, calling themselves the UK Claims Department from 1st Call Claims. Gave the address as 38-40 Leslie Street, Eastbourne, BN22 8JB. This company is registered to this address, but the website is very fishy and the guy on the end of the phone could not understand when I asked him what the weather was like in Eastbourne?! (Bearing in mind this is the hottest day of the year, you'd think he'd know!)
He then proceeded to tell me I'd overpaid some charges, but was very vague on what the charges actually were or what account they were attached to. Then he asked how I would like to be paid - cheque or direct transfer. I asked for cash and app they can't do that! Got bored with trying to understand what the Indian gentleman was saying so told him that until he could come up with a specific charge from a specific account to stop calling me.
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this number has been ringing for months now, sometimes 20 times a day. they say they are from microsoft and we have a problem with our computer, they no longer ask for me they ask for my son now and sometimes become abusive when i tell them he no longer lives here, i have just registered with TPS hopefully this will sort it. if not off with the phone...virgin say they cant do anything about it, so why pay them for a crap service!!!
