I received a fine for overstaying at the Kings Heath Retail Park car park. I phoned the shop I visited on that day (thankfully I made a purchase too so I had evidence (bank statement) that I was at the shop. They immediately said they would arrange to get the charge cancelled for me. All I needed to do was send them the charge notice and my bank statement.  

I strongly disagree. Your message is trying to scare people into paying. I quote: 'my wife said to me you committed the crime'. Your wife is wrong, you did not commit a crime. You broke a rule that was poorly communicated to you. Most of the time, if you are not using binocurals, it is impossible to read all their small print. So you UNKNOWINGLY broke a rule someone RANDOMLY made up. The randomness behind this company is evident in the inconsistent amounts they chanrge people (my notice was for £90, discounted to £60 if I paid withing 2 weeks).
Please don't encourage people to pay because this will encourage this unethical company to sneakily keep charging unsuspecting drivers.

I have received a parking charge notice for 10/1/2015 at the Postern Gate Pub Warrington, time stated on form 23.03.16 till 23.40.08 it is saying that I need to pay £60 pounds within 14 days or it will go up to £100.00 they are also saying that they have photographic evidence of this incident.  I only stay in car for about 30 minutes,, What do I do ?? do I have to pay

I have been trying to contecting them all day  about my problem but no answer ? What is the point company giving u it's phone number?

Defo something not right with this company....phone number constantly engaged, website doesn't open properly and the letter and envelope very unprofessional. I was parked in a pub car park in Barnet, Herts. which states only patrons of the pub can park there. You have to register your number plate with the pub so I waited in the car while my pal went inside. Was very busy and 15 mins later came out annoyed at the wait and how busy the place was and we just went on somewhere else. And then I received a letter with a £100 fine, £60 if paid in 14 days. Won't be paying it and will argue it with the pub directly

I have received a letter today, parking charge notice from ce-service.co.uk. That I am not aware off because, I don't have any parking fine ticket. I am a carer visiting elderly during the night and help them for their meal and assisting them to bed. I am very careful where I park my car. Some of my client let me use their parking permit while doing my job. The fine is 100, if I pay within 14 days it will reduce to 60. How can it be.... I can't recall or remember parking my car illegally. I have to go to the police and show this letter. Stated in the letter, if I pay by phone call the number 01158225020. Tonight is my sleepless night because of this letter.. I will go to my client, where they said I parked my car for 15 minutes and have a look at the car park, where it said I'd parked my car. Why I never get a fine ticket on that night it was 21:10.

I have just read your post. I have received a letter from ce-service.co.uk. yesterday. The letter states that I was parked at Central Manchester Hospital Oxford Road on 7/05/15 at 13.51 hours.
I live in the Ribble Valley and was at home all day!
The last time I was in that area was last year visiting my grandson at the Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital. We parked on the multi storey car park next to the hospital. This car park is barrier controlled and payment before exiting the car park is by ticket and payment before you exit the car park.
I am annoyed, upset and angry that this company appear to be getting away with this scam and fully intend to take the letter I have received to the police.

Perhaps their paperwork is as Creative as their title:

call reagrding parking claim notice

I have taken advice from the police today regarding the letter from Civil Enforcement Ltd I received alleging I was parked on 07/05/2015 at Central Manchester Hospital Oxford Road  and have been advised to report the matter to Action Fraud  which I have done this afternoon.
I can only assume that my car registration was taken and held when I visited my Grandson in Royal Manchester Children's Hospital last year.
I find it very concerning that this company appear to get away with this and I am also concerned that they are able to access peoples details from DVLA

i am a carer for two disabled adults. They have mobility issues. I could not get back in the 45 minute time due to appointments. I have received two and I always pay them but this time I appealed. I have heard nothing. The phone number does not work and am scared of bailiffs and more fines. I was parked in heron car park in Dewsbury next door to bus station.

I got one off them for 70 pound it said it was my second letter but I never got a first one

Received parking charge notice demanding £60 £100 for maximum parking allowance exceeded.

Hi, I've just received a letter of them this morning stating I owe them £60. I paid for a ticket and was only on the car park for 28mins. I don't know how the council are allowing a corrupt company to do this. So wrong. I haven't kept my parking ticket as it's something I wouldn't think it need to keep hold of, so how do I prove it?

I refer to the above vehicle registration number and the date and location of the parking ticket issued.

I wish to appeal the issue of this ticket :The only number available is 01158225020

My first point is that I inserted three pound coins : the print - out showed only two. The customers in front of me had also had problems with this meter.

I attach photographs of the meter. Clearly it is not in good condition and has been severely vandalised with very inappropriate graffiti

My second concern is that I had to attend outpatients C for a simple change of dressing. Even though I had put three pounds, I assumed two hours would be plenty of time. As only one treatment room was available I was in the hospital for over two and a half hours.

My further complaint is that it has been very difficult to make contact with someone who can advise .The telephone number on the notice board in the car park is that of the hospital who can then only direct a motorist to the automated payment  .  I understand many of the hospital staff find themselves in the same situation when they wish to appeal a ticket. I finally found this email address by looking up a telephone number from the website and speaking to James Riley in the maintenance department. He was most helpful.

Knowing how difficult it is for appointments in the NHS to run to a set time, why can a charge not be made on exit as with many other parking meters ? An outpatient is not going to lose his/ her place in the queue in order to race out and put coins in a machine. In some cases many of these people are not in a position to race anyway..

Finally I regret that the ticket was lost or stolen from my car. I do not deny having received the ticket. However with your automated system which gave me three attempts to enter the number before being cut off, and the difficulty in contacting anyone at Creative car parking who can help it has been impossible for me to pay the fine.
