Received letter yesterday from this company, as like others, pay £60 / 100 if not paid within 2 weeks.
Have 2 photos of my car arriving in car park on Saturday @ 9.45 leaving Sunday 13.20 - trying to say I was there for over 27 hours!!
They have taken different photos from different times and tried to say they relate to one time frame.
Tried to ring, but do not get option to talk to them for appeals only payment, have appealed via email.
Have advised them I have video evidence that I visited my place of work at the time I was supposed to be parked.
Far as I can see they are scammers, will not be getting penny off me and any continued harassment will be met by court action.

My girlfriend got a parking 'fine' off this company which she paid (even though i told her not to) 7 months later she recieved a letter off them saying that she declined the payment on her side and therefore the payment was still outstanding. I rang them this time, (having spoke to the bank and they confirmed a payment was sent) and spoke to a lady for about 5 mins which was long enough for me to know that it is a scam company, she said my girlfriends bank had contacted THEM and told them that my gf had said it was a fraud transaction (which is nonsense) I asked her to at least confirm which bank it was and she said the records had been deleted!! Almost laughable! So if you get letters from this fraud of a company I suggest you just put them in the bin because it looks like they are now using fraudulent tactics to get more money off people.

This is a scam, how can they send final letters when I have not received a first letter

I received a red final reminder from this company, without even getting a letter first to say I had a parking fine, demanding £100 didn’t know where I was supposed to have parked illegally never got a ticket. So I googled phone number and everything pointed to it being a scam. So I ignored it, just got another letter today asking for £140 if I didn’t pay it I could have bailiffs at my door. It says on letter I parked illegally at my doctors surgery, the chemist is inside surgery and I must have gone in to pick up prescription would have been minutes in there can anyone tell me if I can do anything about this it seems so unfair.

my bf got one of these recently demanding £100 it don't even say where he supposedly parked and received the fine. Poor people paying this when I think this is a scam others might get scared and pay it. This is defo suspicious. He is not paying his fine.

They have quoted my car registration details, date of "incident", PCN No,, and PCN issue date but NO mention of
where the "incident" occurred. Bit strange I would have thought? Also, strangely, I appear not to have received
the initial charge notice for the sum of ?? pounds. The charge is now 100 pounds.

Tomorrow I am reporting the matter to the local police and newspapers.
