What evidence do you have to support your theory is a hoax company please

This is a private parking firm. You do not need to pay the fine. I repeat you DO NOT need to pay.
You will receive plenty of letters from the firm, but like any parking ticket (unless received from the council) - they cannot charge you and their business model is based on scaremongering tactics. The moment you reply to them and accept acknowledgement of a letter from them you are liable, so forever ignore them.. bin the letters and eventually they'll give up!!
Do not let these snakes win!
I have received 6 letters in my time all from different private car park firms.. and I haven't paid a single one.

Also to be noted! The law changed in late 2016 which now entities you to an extra 10 minutes after your car parking ticket expiry before you can be fined by any firm including the council!

I went to sainsburys Greenwich High Road and after a month i got a letter with my car on Camera I was at location for just 20 minuties and was blocked with other cars which i did not even come out of my car and they sending me a ticket after a month to pay 60 pounds within 14 days or 100 pounds with 28 days, my issue is its almost 1 and half month, should I go to police.

I recieved a letter from cfl stating on the 18/12/2017 that I was parked over the allowed time of three hours at Newbury Retail Park and have been charged £140 including addition costs and also stated that they sent me various letters stating that but in fact this the first time I received any form of cummunication from them to do with matter
