this company Civil Enforcement Limited are a complete con.  i would like to know if they really can take a free parking stay and charge over 100 pounds for a minute over the three hours,  and how legal it is as 1 minute over can't be 100 pounds

:( i got a fine for a free carpark at maidstone swimming pool,  there managers wrote a letter to say i used the pool and even though i was there three hours i was but one minute over a free stay.  I was at a disabled event for autistics and i had to fill out a form when i left that the pool had forgot to ask me to do making me late,  im now being threatened with legal action for a ticket that is more than the months money i get to live on :-S
I was using my landlords car hes going nuts about the ticket as its in his name,  im worried where i live is now under threat as well as not being allowed to use the car again,  I'm completely beside myself i have called this company 27 times only to get an answer machine message claiming that all the people are busy but its automated i timed it,  no one responded to my letters,  the managers letters from the pool that hire them and not once to the last 27 messages i left via the phone when they say someone will call in 24 hours.  i since called earlier to advise them that while they were having sex over all the fraudulent money they make out of poor people that they should call me or id sue them for being complete [***] so they still havent called :-S this is my 28th call and I am beyond upset at this point

Feeling stressed and worried now

Hi. I am in receipt of two letters (a fine + a "final reminder") telling me that I owe money for parking in a carpark in London when I attended a funeral. The letters give me www.ce-service.co.uk and the phone number 0115 822 5020 as contacts, and are threatening me with court action if I don't pay £100.
But the internet suggests that this is a scam: is it? Or do I urgently need to pay them? The letters correctly list my car registration number. HELP!!!

I received letters n demands from this company for parking over the 70 minutes at KFC Leeds rd hudds car park there is no pay Meter  in the car park or I wud of paid has I new I would b in KFC a while ..I am received court letters the fine is now upto £140 which I tried to pay by card over phone but it would not take payment ? Am worried they got my bank details now ..

I arrived at Manchester children's hospital after following an ambulance with my 1 yr old son in the Back when we arrived I seen the ambulance men taking my son out the back and he was hysterical because these people were strangers so I parked my car in the nearest space I could find without thinking as I just wanted to get hold of my son we took him in the hospital.15 mins later I returned to find a ticket off this company and don't know what to do.

This is a complete scam. Do not pay. I received a letter telling me I was in Manchester Hospital Car park and did not got a parking permit. This is fantasy, as I live in Somerset and was at work with the vehicle the day of the so called offence.
My only concern is that I was foolish enough to ring the number, I only hope it's not a really high premium number and the crooks have already scammed the money from me???

I received a PCN stating a place where I didn't go at all. On follow up, I called on above number and answering machine said, leave a PCN number, registration number and your number to call you back in 24 hours. I got call back within an hour and after explaining them the situation, I've been told that PCN issue in error and will be cancelled. I'll get written confirmation letter shortly. Hang up!! Awaiting letter
