I got 2 calls from 01212657000.  Acting as police officer.

Two calls received on 26 April 2008. Acting as police officer.

Had numerous calls from this number along with 07771794612 and private, did not answer! tried calling the 0121 number but it doesnt work! May be a police department/ officer

Get calls practically every other day, - her name is Georgina, apparently she's a community support officer. I'd really like to know how to get off these calls. They're annoying.

Have established her name is Georgina Johnson, a Community Partnerships & Crime Reduction officer. She operates from the Belgrave Road Police Station on 0121 265 7000, her extension is 7824-6224.

I did not get a call from Georgina J but some other police officer who said that it was from a call centre!!

The number 0121 265 7000 is the one for West Midlands Police. Due to the fact they have an 08xx number which isn't caller ID they use the 0121 which is legitimate.

Police at HQ say this is a bogus number!

i have recd a call from this number today when i tried returning the call it was engaged constantly. 07/08/2008

I can assure you all that after speaking to Solihull police, they are definite that this is a police number.

they colled but i never replied :P

I received call from same no but did not picked :-)

asked if i was some person whose mum had been assaulted. i replied no and then they asked for my phone no. which i didnt give.

Recieved 2 calls from this number today, not for the first time, I was getting calls from this number back in August as well.

got i missed call from this number 2day but got a busy tone every time i tried calling back. seems dodgy

had a call today @ 05:14pm on private number followed by 4 more with the number showing.  no idea who this number belongs to

got a call from this number just now, they claimed to be the police and knew about a recent report i placed. i was a bit worried becuase the guy didnt sound professional like a cop but was talking all slang and common.

hope they are acutaly the police becuase they seemed to know a lot about me :S

My mate works for the police and calls me on this number when at work. It's an outbound call centre so doesn't ring any phones if called back. Problem solved?

I am an officer with West Midlands Police.

The number you are referring to is an outbound number, The Police can either call with a withheld number or with this number thus the officers that are contacting you may be real as this is a Police number.
