I've had 2 calls from this no. Claiming to be the police calling me saying I'm arrasing somebody
I've tried calling it back and the line is dead, I believe it's my ex and is wife
As we split up over a week ago
He left me for is wife,
I v called once only because he still as keys to my house
And then I get this call from
0121 265 700
And when you try and call it it is dead

Can you tell me where it is from

i have received a call off this number saying they where police mrs o brian [***] just contacted the police and reported them they phoned me saying i had made threats to supernovas also known as the corsacentre wont refund me for selling me faulty and rusty goods my advice stay away from buying anything off them

jus had a call from this number saying its the police and they want to come see me. its did not sound like them at all

This is definitely West Midlands police, line may sound dodgy as they are usually calling when they are out and about.  If you receive this number it is probably best to try and remember if you have had cause to contact the police.  My call was regarding a complaint I made and they were just phoning up to let me know what had happened.

i got a call from this number last night at 12:00 i would like to know who this is.

just received a call a few minutes ago and this is definitely the police i spoke to my friend before she handed it over to the officer.

did not answer it. Typed it in google and hey got on to this site.

Had a missed call off this number, called the police switchboard & they said it wasn't them. Must be a scam from somebody just wanting personal details.

i got this call claiming they were west midlands police and i answered, they contacted me 3 times in 3 days and each time i answered they gave me conflicting information which made it seem like it was not legite  wotever happened to the days when if you were in trouble the police would land at your door and confront you and not just call you asking ridiculous questions in regards to situations that seem to be untrue and you have no previous knowledge of.

when i asked wot station she was calling from the "officer" said birmingham City centre. and i replied which actual station and she stil didnt want to give out the information yet she wanted me to confirm my name age address. so i said Fackin DO 1!!!

To date I have had four calls from this number and and found no one on the other end except an answering service machine. Acting on the information in some of the reports on this web site that it is a West Midlands police number, I phoned West Midlands Poice HQ. They told me that they new nothing about this particular number, but that they did use a 7000 outward number to contact people. However they did say that if I had had any contact with my local police, ( I live in the West Midlands), that they may have trying to contact me, so WMHQ put me through to my local police station. I had quite a chat with someone there and they assured me that they had no reason ro contact me, but did not confirm or deny that this number came from WM police. I have no reason to have had any contact from any other department or service in the West Midlands Police area other than when I need to talk to them, and if any department does have to contact me they usually do not have any trouble.  I do not withold my number from anyone police or not as suggesterd. If it is a police call number then I suggest that they check their telephone equipment and sort out the problem. Nuisance calls are a worry to anyone what ever the source.

This number keeps phoning my mobile and when I try to phone them back its unobtainable.

ive just had a missed call off this number so i tried to call it back.i couldnt get trough so i rang west police because according to google thats where the number belongs.anyway i gave the police the number that rang me and they said its not a police telephone number.what do i do now?

I am a serving Police Officer in Scotland and this morning I received a missed call from this number.  West Midlands Police would have no reason to contact me on my own personal number.

My advice is simple re calls from this number. If you receive a call from someone alleging that they are a Police Officer, ask for the crime or incident reference number and then hang up saying that you will call them back. Use the Internet to find out the official telephone number for the Force in question and thereafter use it and quote the reference number. If it is genuine, the relevant officer will be traced as you will be put in touch with them.

No matter what the reason for a Police Officer calling you, there will be, without exception, an allocated reference number - either a crime or an incident number as detailed above.

i had a call 2 day off this number just called all police stations in westmids the number is fake !

Hi all ive today had a few missed calls from this number, ive contacted the police and have said its a sales company trying to sell something so dont pick up.

Had a call from this number today, garbled message, so no idea who/or what message about.  Was around 11.15 a..

i got a call frm this number aswell i dont believe for one minit its police its realy dodgy i fink as i made a 999 call frm were the altication took place would of only took a few minuits for police to get there and then i get a call frm this 0121 number ded dodgy lol.
