Hi people Ive had few  calls over the weekend of this number 0121 265 7000.I have been on to the police minutes a go.This not a police number or anything to do with  there call centre.I ve been told by the west midlands police to get in touch with my moblie phone company and get this number barred from in coming calls on my phone.And number is being delt with there fraud team.As I have just been point out to me bye the police.If a police office phones you and they can not get you on the phone they will leave you a message with a contact number and name to ring back.Other wize a visit to your door or a letter through your letter box.A comment for those people who say it is police dont believe you.I ve phoned police myself they do not know off this number.Any one else who has phone calls off this number and not sure ring your police station and if information on you at all report it.Hope this helps you.

This is a police number. My partner was arrested in Manchester and taken to west midland in remand until Monday and he called me from this number in his cell.

This number just  called me. First it only rang once and ended before I could answer it. Whilst I was googling to see who had rung me it called again. I answered and waited a few seconds and there was a male voice...."Yo Yo Yo who's this? Yo Yo Yo who's this? You've been sleeping with my missus - I know where you are".....I laughed and the line went dead.
Bizarre call, even stranger when people are saying it is a police phone number....

This is a generix number for west midlands police to call out and speak to people. Its only a call out line so you van not call back. Best thing to do is call 101 and advise you have recieved a call. It is NOT a scam number i know this a dc called me from it and arranged to visit me and did so. Please do not ignore this.

This IS the Police.
I had my van broke into a couple of weeks ago and they called a few minutes ago to update me on the progress after speaking to a witness.
It is a 0121 number but they said it was Bloxwich Police so it must be a central number they use.
There is no need to worry if this number calls you.

I have also had a call from this number as 5.11am yesterday and they said they were the police.  I think that there should be some way to find out for sure who this line belongs to.  

Ring 101 and ask.

I've had 2 missed calls from this number, no v/m left tried to call bk and it's a disconnected number. I am waiting for the police to call me bk! I will update if I manage to take a call from this number

It was a courtesy call to tell me how a report of a fight outside my house progressed when they turned up.
There is no need to worry about this number.

got a call off this number 0121 2657000 saying shes a police officer she said my son had hit someone and my didnt hit no body !

This is a West Midlands Police number.
While the Constable who called me was unprofessional in his mannerisms, and they had my first name wrong, the Constable did attend my house after the call.

(He was ringing to see if he could come to my house earlier than had been arranged following a dog attack at my house)

Had calls from a private  number  and 01212657000 did nt answer because  i think is a fake number

Hi it is the police I just rang 101 to report a crime outside my house an officer attended and then rang me on that number to collect more information etc.

This is from the police. It's a number they call from if they don't get any joy using their withheld number.
It's legit.

I got countless calls from the number and it turned out one of my children had dialed 999 when playing with the phone and the Police were checking to see if everything was OK. Legit number.

I got 9 calls from 01212657000 & private number from 4.30-5.00 am. If this call is from police, seriously?!!?  The way they call is already threaten me.

I can confirm this is a genuine Police number, I have blocked withheld numbers and they had to use this one to contact me. Hope this helps ;-)
