This number calls every few days- I haven't answered it, after reading these posts. It rings on, and on, and on for several minutes.

    Come on then!
It was the £1000 pension bonus scam. I didn't even wait for the button-pressing invitation options. I nuked her!

You too can stop all these calls easily. Buy a CPM or Trucall call blocker. (CPM fromAmazon - £40) and peace will be restored. Blocks withheld and unavailable calls, international calls and area codes that you don't want. Friends/ others who withhold their numbers can still get through if you want them.

I got a CPM call blocker two weeks ago. I've now, as I was taking the call, just blocked this number - which is a new nuisance call number to me - with one press of a button. They won't get through again. They're now on my "automatically blocked" list.

I bought this call blocker about two weeks ago. Most previous nuisances have stopped coming through, but I've had about 4 occasions to manually block other numbers that haven't then returned.

The satisfaction is immense as you press that one little button, knowing that all future calls from them will be ignored.

You are on a database and I ve been called so many times that I just don't answer and check the number.  I actually got my ppi returned by the bank and it doesnt make any difference.  If you have changed  you telephone number to avoid nuisance calls ou will have got a second hand one which may have been abandoned so you've got someone elses nusance calls   good luck

This is yet another claims number. SAVE THE NUMBER. If you use an insurance comparison site, the various insurance companies will store your number and keep ringing you to try to get you to take their policy. Play them against the claims company by entering their phone number rather than your own.

I thought that TPS was supposed to prevent this type of unsolicited call! Luckily received on my answerphone. Is their anyway of forwarding these calls, at their cost, to a premium number? This would soon stop these calls!
